I'm Calling Out JFORNEY36....WHERE IS MY CUE?

Maybe it's time to hear something from Runout - the offended party in this debacle.

And on a side note to Pro - when something is posted publically it becomes everyones business
altho some opinions and comments may be questionable. Nothing personal to you.

I agree with you. If it is on a public forum, than it is open for the public to comment.

I was referring to statements to me about stirring the pot and becoming involved with things in a public forum that was implied that I had no right to chime in.

So I do not know to what you are referring to when you mention everyones business. I am not exactly sure as to what context you are putting it in for me to be offended.

Just for the record. I will not be offended if you want to criticize me. If you have an opinion, let's hear it. Though I am not certain that you are fully understanding what my original point was.

I just wanted to publicly thank PoolPro for the pm and I am very glad that the harsh feels are a thing of the past !

P.S HangEmHigh maybe not everyone got the point with the sharpie you posted but I did get it . It was yet another jab from you to me about the schon R2 in witch you feel the points were sharpied . It is very clear to me that you just love to stir the pot and keep things going . So have fun with your little underhanded insults and jabs at me if it makes you feel better about yourself !

Anyone else notice that he cancelled the Ebay auction for his Scruggs? I seriously doubt that it was due to any feelings of remorse.

Chris

Yeah thats probably it. Ever since I joined here, I've noticed that a lot of auctions on ebay have been pulled. When I first joined, everyone told me that reporting something to ebay won't help at all, but I still did it anyway. Now it looks like some other people have joined me in reporting some shady auctions to ebay and maybe if enough of us annoy ebay, they listen to us and look into it. Maybe this is just wishful thinking, hoping that something I do and something other people do is making some change, even if its minor ;)

Why don't we all call the police in his hometown and report a theft? Surely when they start getting dozens of complaints then they will do something. Anyone want to PM me his information and I will be glad to try.

Runout, I feel for you on this one bud. Since you are in the suck to say the least, Let me know what I can do for you. I know what it means to be here for a brother in arms. You want me to go to his house and take him some cake I will do that sir, seriously. I have about 60 days of leave and for you I am ready for a road trip. Screw the red bomb's time will change everything. lets start a rally and march to his lawn. I will lead or sir you can read my sig. This has gone from a bad business deal to just plain wrong. No one deserves this.

Let's start the AZ Army who wants to be THE GENERAL for I am a soldier....

Not criticizing at all and I do understand your original point.
My post was just a comment relative to part of one of your earlier posts -

"I am just curious as to how on the one hand it is okay to call for a bad rep campaign and public thrashing by those who are not involved with the transaction, and cases where it is just stirring the pot and should be met with a ban and is obviously no one else's business but the buyer and seller."

When you think about it, everyone that posted to this thread is helping stir the pot in a roundabout way. On the other hand, I'm not sure that this red rep bomb was the right thing to do to get the buyers situation resolved. The buyer is still without the cue and out the payment however by coming public his situation became everyones business and opinons posted by those outside the transaction, right or wrong, are inevitable.

I'd think Runout is the one that needs to call the police (and the postal authorities).
And if he paid via Paypal I hope he would have filed a claim by now.

Its working.......

Just used my new "laser taser green eliminator an red creator" an I'm glad to report it worked fantastic. I also left this message JFORNEY36 you can do better....................

I absolutely agree. However I also think that one complaint won't get them moving.

I think that HEAT is the only way to accomplish anything in a situation like this. Until JForney or the guy who ripped off Roscoe and others like them feel REAL HEAT applied to them then they just blow it off. They know they are committing forum suicide and figure what the hell no one is going to come after them anyway.

We, as a community, should be able to make our voice heard with the people who can apply the heat, the local police, the district attorney, and so on. The way I see it is that we are witnessing a crime in effect.

Just as if I saw someone break into a store I'd call the police to report a robbery in progress. In this instance Jeff Forney is in the process of committing fraud. I think it's incumbent on us to protect our marketplace by reporting people like this to the local police in their jurisdiction.

We sit on here and plead with this jackoff to do the right thing while he reads the posts and makes threatening PMs. This is a slap in the face to all of us who try and maintain a good place to transact.

We have members all over the world - it's time we let the thieves know that it isn't all virtual reality that they are playing in.

maybe someone reported him and eBay pulled his auction like I said before
Wishful thinking. If they had, the auction listing would be completely gone.

It's very clear that Jeff ended that auction early. I'm sure it was to keep some AZ members like myself from running up the bids & not paying for the auction.

BTW, going off their previous history with this kind of stuff, as far as eBay is concerned, there was/is nothing to report. They do not care one bit.
