Maybe spam email is in order? I mean seriously, just show his colleagues the link, and man... are they going to change their perceptions on him. But then again, that might be taking it too far..... errr.. I think. :P

Hello Old Friends

Hello to everyone I have purchased from and sold to. I've not been on here very much in the last two months or so.

Sorry to come back and see another problem off the bat. Hope all works out for the buyer here.

I may have overlooked it but how much was spent and what did he buy?

If this doesn't turn out well, and even though I do not know the buyer, I'll be the first to offer $10 to help the buyer get some of his money back.

I know it's not much, But if some others chip in maybe it can turn into a happy ending.

The seller may come though in the end. So this is not saying anything bad towards anyone. Just offering a little help if all else fails.

Thanks,
Josh Hillard

He is online right now. On another note, he has no cue on order with Mike Cochran. I know this for a fact. Mike checks this site out some and saw this and wouldnt make this guy a cue even if he was being paid with gold. Anyway, good luck runout.

I absolutely agree. However I also think that one complaint won't get them moving.

I think that HEAT is the only way to accomplish anything in a situation like this. Until JForney or the guy who ripped off Roscoe and others like them feel REAL HEAT applied to them then they just blow it off. They know they are committing forum suicide and figure what the hell no one is going to come after them anyway.

We, as a community, should be able to make our voice heard with the people who can apply the heat, the local police, the district attorney, and so on. The way I see it is that we are witnessing a crime in effect.

Just as if I saw someone break into a store I'd call the police to report a robbery in progress. In this instance Jeff Forney is in the process of committing fraud. I think it's incumbent on us to protect our marketplace by reporting people like this to the local police in their jurisdiction.

We sit on here and plead with this jackoff to do the right thing while he reads the posts and makes threatening PMs. This is a slap in the face to all of us who try and maintain a good place to transact.

We have members all over the world - it's time we let the thieves know that it isn't all virtual reality that they are playing in.

Good points and good post.
It's nice to see the AZ community rally around someone that has been wronged.

That's the 4th address I have for him now. That city does confirm that the other information I've sent to John is indeed for him. Thank you.

Nice find on the Vette too! The window sticker posted in the auction shows the VIN. That's not too hard to have run.

I heard through the grapevine that the missing cue is a $3000 Tascarella. If that is true, surely it was shipped Insured with Tracking Information. I know that Runout is in Afghanistan trying to do his part for the U.S., so surely providing that shipping/tracking information is not too much to ask.

Joe

Unless you don't have one:mad:

JFORNEY:

You sir...are an assclown. It never fails to amaze me the complete and utter lack of class some people exhibit in this establishment. Your latest act of idiocy is just icing on the cake. How you can just cruise around this website, perusing this thread and others at your leisure, without any sense of obligation to this issue? It's just f'ing disgusting. You should be outright banned from this place effective immediately. I'm sick and tired of AZ Billiards being turned into an avenue for a few unscrupulous f*cks like yourself to rape the billiards community . Karma's a b!tch buddy...and I hope it rips your head off and sh!ts down your neck.

RAMBLINGS:

Wonder how far jeff is from TERRY "the long arm of the law" ARDENO?

Is the TASC deal another case of jeff selling and not shipping?

i'll bet jeff"s ring finger is a lot shorter than his index finger...

I hope John reports this to the police and Jeff goes to jail! They will like him there he will fit right in. Ron

True, it's not too much to ask and makes no diff if it was a $3000 Tasc or a $300 Lucasi.
What's fueling this is the lack of a response from the seller to this thread and more importantly
his lack of a direct communication with Runout (as far as we know).

I'll temper that comment tho because we haven't seen much in the way of specific details about the
transaction other then payment was sent on 10/2 and the cue has not been received. If it was supposed
to be shipped to the Afghan address (APO) that may be the problem yet the sellers lack of a response
just compounds the issue.

Just a point of clarity.. to the best of my knowledge (from shipping to John myself) all items he buys are shipped to his address in the states. So an APO address could not be the cause of this problem. The only cause is Jforney.

You are correct Sir. Although I am in Afghanistan, everything that I buy goes to the person who lives at my house in Texas.

I am completely overwhelmed with the responses this thread has been getting so far. Jeff has since responded and we are currently trying to resolve the issue but I still do not have my cue or cash so we will see.

I greatly appreciate everybody's help so far. I suppose I have a lot of beer's to buy at the Super Billiard's Expo in March:eek:

I will keep everyone posted.

Thanks, John

Glad to hear that he's actually in contact with you, John. Hopefully things will be resolved soon.

John,

My suggestion is to have either mail a letter or send someone you know to the the District Justice office that covers the town you live in stateside (Texas). Ask your friend to explain to the District Justice or Magistrate, (I don't know how the system is set up where you live) your situation and to explain that you now wish to press fraud and theft charges (since monies were exchanged and no product or service was given). I would also write a letter to your state's Attorney General's office advising him of this guy's business practices. They get enough complaints on the same person, they often act themselves.
No excuse for this going on this long. You've gotten the run-around long enough.
Hope this resolves out quickly and also that you get home safe!
