i hope the derby has some gold crowns or jj will be bored there because everybody especially the professionals will be betting high on 4.5 inch diamonds.
i understand you are friends with jj as i dont blame u. hes a great guy and player .
thing is i admit jj moves and banks better then me and the fact that he doesnt want to play on diamond tell me he thinks i run the balls better.
i take that as a compliment and if theres anything i might do better than him at onehole then i take that as a compliment.
not woofing just saying ,no hard feelings.
for the record im amazed at how many people talk about how easy a certain table is but i watch the same player miss plenty of balls on it etc.i never have understood that.im not directing that at u joe im saying in general. also i still owe u that beer later
You sound good John, finally escaped from all that torture in West Virgina.
Let me know if you want to play in the Bigfoot Challenge. I may be able to find a spot for you.

figured it be best to get something slightly in their favor, and ya can't blame him there. Parker and JJ are great action and good guys to gamble with. I've seen Schmidt gamble and he is a gentleman and handles himself with class as well. After just coming from a poolroom where people look for every excuse not to play I do have to say I'm disappointed this game didn't go off. But like one poster stated pool is tough and sometimes it is just simply a matter of both sides not agreeing on some little thing that stops action. I'm guilty of it as I'm sure all people who gamble at pool are. I'd say that both sides will probably sit back in a day or two and think..."damn, we let one get away there." Oh well...hope to see this road crew at Derby as I'm sure they will be pumped to the gills and looking for some games. Good luck to all parties involved going forward!
