I think Ernie's new policy of not bogging down his batches with loads of lower-end cues is showing benefits already. Every cue I've seen coming out of his shop and every cue to come in this batch all have some special touches and innovations.

These 2 cues are stunning, color, design, execution, lots and lots of work, but still clean, not so easy to achieve.

Forgot to vote..............definitely going with the cocobolo one. The grain and color is beautiful. I really hope to get the opportunity to see them both in person.

I'll go with the cocobolo as that's one of my favorite woods and the elephant ear helped me decide on the wrap for my next cue! Very cool cues both Ken!!

Purpleheart

The purpleheart cue is awesome!!! the longer i look the more detail I see. The colors pop and wrapless too! Two monsters:eek:

Two wet dream cues.

The blue veneers win though...hands down for me.

That's a masterpiece. Not overdone...just right.

Both are stunning and I wouldn't be able to choose between them.

Just incredible...

I agree. The coco just blows me away.

Both are spectacular specimens. It would have to be the cocobolo cue for me, too.....the figure in that wood and the wrap puts it over the top !!

The blue and purple veneers makes this a little out of the box for Ernie..
I've had lots of people going both ways.. I think they both win..
Thanks for the nice words..

Ken
