Well, I have had mine for about a month now and its great, love the look and it plays wonderful. I got the cue because I always wanted a Jerry -R- and love the ivory windows but am not a SS joint guy but this is the best SS jointed cue I have had the pleasure of shooting with no less owning and I have hit with many. Lets see some pics fellas.

P.S. Can anyone tell me what kind of wrap is on mine?, it seems like its a soft leather.

Sorry for the group pic

Jerry -R- Ebony-Davis blank, steel joint
3/8-10 pin

Great playing cue, incredible shafts

The Jerry Raunzahn cue is the only ebony cue in the group and the only one with a steel joint

Hey ya Ted
I really need to buy me a plane ticket to Colorado. You have way to many nice cues in your collection. I need me some of that wood that you got.
Great pics as always sir.

Here's a couple, Lenny. The purpleheart with the ivory and ebony wedges belongs to my girlfriend, Rose. It was converted from an old Brunswick butt and is stunning in person. The ebony Titlist is just classy looking and the workmanship is flawless. Best of all, they both hit as good as they look.

The ebony cue was purchased directly from Jerry, and was one of the best experiences I can imagine working with a cuemaker! He communicated very well and we didn't have any issues or misunderstandings. I got exactly what I asked for. He sent pics throughout the process and the cue was shipped and received exactly one day before the promised due date. I've had lots of cues made over the years and have never had another finished by the scheduled date. I can't recommend Jerry highly enough. I've probably owned a dozen of his cues, or better, in the last few years and have never had a "less than stellar one".

Regards,

Steve

If you still have the Hoppe one I would like to test drive it, looks like a player and a gorgeous one at that.

I'll bring it to Kolby's with me, Lenny. It's a beaut, and you're welcome to try it out...

Steve

I look forward to it, always love trying out cues. I had the chance I think the other day to hit with a Barry Szamboti but I waited to long and the guy was gone. :(

here's one of his early works. i forget how long i've had it. the color goes really well with one of my iridescent leisure suits -
