Thanks for the nasty visual Lenny. If I didn't use my eyes for other things, I might have to consider giving myself an eye wash with something caustic.

If there was any question as to whether Marty was a whack job or not before, I think this one signs the deal quite nicely.

Unfortunately my understanding of English is not very good and I can't get everything this Marty Herman says. Is this guy a good player? Can he play a little? Sometime ago he said he coached Mika Immonen ( LOL)
SC5 ( or whatever his name is) and Marty are the same guy?

First Marty and SC5 are different people.

Marty is a very good player. Been around a long time.

See youtube below. Just for some reason lost touch somewhere along the line.

He's caused a lot of ememies along the way. Talks a lot of crap on the pool streams.

But no question he is a very natural rotational player.

Can we please not suffer another "bash Marty" thread? We have really done this time and time again. Look, Marty is trying to promote the game. We may not all be entertained by his style but that is one of the things he is promoting, that pool should be more entertaining to the viewer.

He is certainly not hurting anyone. He may occasionally bash someone around a bit in a rant but it is harmless and he also promotes others so hopefully it is a trade-off at worst.

Leave him alone and I doubt it will affect your life in a negative way. Waving a red flag at a bull is too easy to be truly entertaining. The game has some very real problems to discuss but Marty is not anywhere near the top of that list.

I will not censor this thread unless it gets completely out of hand. Mike and Mr. Wilson may choose to do otherwise. But the freedom of speech I so dearly believe in does not require personality slamming for exercise.
