Thanks to many generous "backers", in just three days, we have currently raised over $2700, to send Max to the tournament. HURRAY!!! I have spoken with Max today, and he assures me that if he doesn't have to use all the funds, they will be refunded to us. Remember too, that we can avoid Paypal fees by selecting "money owed" or "other", when using Paypal to transfer funds (Thank you Corvette!). This works fine, as long as your Paypal account is funded, or connected to a verified bank account! AzB has it's own horse in this race now...and we have rounded the bend, headed for the finish! We're hoping to get all funds cleared within the next 24-48 hours, to make sure everything clears, in time to get Max out there early enough to get a little practice in, at Comet Billiards! If you haven't sent your "fund $$$", please do so now!Once again, here is the Paypal information:

Bump...back to the front page! Today's the day! We're very close to our goal, to get Max to NJ. Hopefully a few more folks will "step up to the plate", in get in on a great opportunity to support pro pool, and potentially a very good investment (if not, it's still a tax write-off. :D)!

We currently have 2200 pledged and 1250.02 collected (Paypal + direct to Max).

I'm in! Max is a great guy and always willing to help others. I'm happy to help in my small way. Pay pay sent using the email paypal address on the 1st post, is Walter correct?. I sure would like the money to go to Max :).

I've got 2 questions,please. Is the tournament going to be streamed and what does Max look like this year? Is the hair gone?
 
I have rec'd one contribution that stipulates Max has to turn the mic off when he goes to the bathroom this year (hahahahaha!)
 
I'm a broke old man but I send a little, not much but it's all I can afford. If he doesn't win I'm breaking his legs.:wink:

During the break in his match with Thorsten he was either running the faucet or emptying a rather full bladder. Its on the DVD and very clear if you turn the volume up a little. LMAO.

I was lucky enough to play Max for many hours over 3 days at Fatboy's house in January.

Max is a great guy and I would love to see him do well in this tournament.
