McCready is back!

Mainly hard because if we streamthe whole thing then why would anyone come to the event?

Cant believe you would even have to ask this one Mark  Anyone that is a big enough fan of pool to consider paying the price to attend knows the difference of watching it on a stream and actually being in the room with the crew you have put together.

I have said for years that a DVD with highlights of Keith and a nice long section of him telling road stories would sell like hot cakes. But it wouldnt even be CLOSE to replacing the chance to spend a few hours with him in person. Add in all the others and what you have is priceless!

In a short list of 7 players, you have included the top 3 of my all time favorites! Heck if I could get the time away to get there I would find a way to beg borrow or steal enough to get though the door. But since I cant do that if you put out the dvd Ill gladly order one

Tap tap tap

If I could pay 25 $ for a stream, or $ 250 to be there in person, I would be there in person if I had the chance!

This looks like it will be very exciting, glad to see Keith back. I like how Jim Murnak has done his player interviews and if the guys previously mentioned are unable to do this perhaps he might be able to. Good luck.

I hear ya and you are right I know its would not even be close tothe same thing. Maybe be we shall see what we can do once we have all the spots filled. I know that we are now working on doing a documentary of the weekends fun and games that will include the story telling section so lets see. Thank you for your support and your interest in the Magnificent 7 weekend. Lets hope we can get enough people to make it happen.

Perhaps advertising that the people who purchase this experience will get one of those DVDs also would be another selling point and perhaps a group picture of all the players autographed. Those who are unable to make it might spend a good penny on the DVD and picture too on the aftermarket.

Thanks for invite I appreciate it. I understand the deal on these type of things. Same all over. The expenses are brutal. If all else fails and no one figures a way to do it let me know and I'll find a way. No way something like this can not be documented in some way.

Just tell us (AZ Family) how much you need and we will get it covered.

If Keith is back
lock up the women folk and don't expect the NUTS to be enough if you play him
I hear Ronnie Allen is back in physical shape and playing again

If Eddie Kelly comes back it will be a rerun of the 60s

Lenny, you are right I should have mentioned those facts. I will make sure that all attendees get a copy of the DVD, I know everyone will get a individual group picture with the guys however having the guys sign it on the spot would be a wonderful thing for them. So I guess if we did the pictures at the start of the weekend sometime and then ran it over to Walgreens and had them developed that would work. Ok, there you all go tis done. :)

Hangem High, You are very kind to put that out there however we are talking ALOT of $$ here and I don't think we could get close but lets see how we do.

I have stated that there are only 20 spots available well there are actually 21 spots. The 21st spot I was keeping to just do a give away to one of our fellow AZers like a little competition for the spot.

There are a couple of other SPECIAL things that are on the way too that will make some serious memorabilia for someone.

Lets just keep our fingers crossed and hope we get the people. Like I said before, I know this isn't cheap but it seems anything worth while usually isn't. I have tried to cut a few corners to take the price down but its simply not possible.

Stay tuned for some of the cool stuff we are going to have going on.

I think you can take your memory card from whatever camera and go to Walmart and get an 8 by 10 done for under $5 on the spot. If you cannot get them to them that weekend you could always mail them with the DVD. This is a once and a lifetime experience that will never be forgotten for sure, this is not the same as seeing them at one place like DCC or whatever if you were so lucky, its a real interactive experience and getting to know these guys a bit. Here is the schedule I saw posted up.

The schedule for this historic event is as follows and will be in a private setting and all meal are included and will be eated together as a group:

Friday November 12th

7:00pm - Champagne reception/meet and greet at Billiards Ink.

Saturday November 13th

9:00am - Breakfast (cooked to order)

10:00am - Pool Clinic
All VIP guests will be separated into groups of 3 and will then spend one hour with each of the seven pros. The pros can obviously only show you so much in that time frame and so they will be be focusing on answering your questions about the game and showing you some of their own tricks of the trade. there will be a 5 to 10min break between each hour.

1:00pm - Lunch.

2:00pm - restart the clinic.

7:00pm - dinner

We will be done for the day but I imagine that the night will not be over.

Sunday November 14th

9:00am - Breakfast.

10:00am - Begin the Pro-Am Scotch Doubles Tourney. A 20 team bracket will be in place for a 9-Ball single elimination race to three. Each Vip guest will be drawn to play with one of the Pros, As a pro is eliminated he will be assigned a new partner from the remaining VIP guests.
There will be a $200.00 prize for the winning team and a trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

Lunch will be served around 1:30pm during the tourney.

3:00pm - Q&A Session/Story time, The pros will answer all your questions and tell some of their stories from all their years on the road that some of them have shared. This part is probably gonna be very funny.

5:00pm (Aprox depending on how long the Magnificent 7 keep talking) - Break to change and rest for a few.

7:00pm - Farewell Banquet and Awards. (Probably Surf n Turf).

8:00pm - Exhibition, Each of the Pros will do a 25-30 min show that highlights their own personal exhibitions.

11.30pm - Photos, autographs and Farewells.

All food is included in the price

Yeah, I should be able to make that happen. I really want to make this as special as possible within my non existant budget. So there will be more ideas I am surethat will make the weekend a little more special.

I'm gonna try to get some of the other guys to post something on here but they are not all computer savy.

Nice to see him back. Pool needs players with character and Keith always draws the crowds when he plays.

It may be a good time to buy some Bud stock, in fact Bud should sponsor him as he truly believes in it.
