One more time - there's a huge difference between legitimate criticism and tearing down Earl as a person. Is that really too complicated for you to understand?

No it's not. It's about his actions. Earl the pool player isn't Earl the man. So Earl has some personality flaws at/around the pool table - is that a reason to publicly tear him down as a person? No.
His actions were public and Justin was humiliated "PUBLICLY" and as such a public response was appropriate!!!!

I don't think Tiger is the best person but I like to watch him play golf, same goes for Earl with pool. Would I invite them to my house, NO.

Not at all....the folks in NPR would get quite a laugh at this. I am trying to be careful with my words though.
How about this - all of you freakin' losers who couldn't hold Earl's jock strap need to shut the f**k up and get on with your pathetic lives and leave one of the greatest players to ever play the game alone.

Fine, then criticize his actions. Hell, just call him an asshole and be done with it. But in a public forum on the internet with all of this Earl is sick, off his meds, needs help, smoking dope, kicks his dog (OK, I made that one up) BS is well across the line.
