Oh and I forgot to add...Mr Varney, when you do get sued, please request to have your case heard on "The People's Court" like another cuemaker did with this EXACT same type of case. I don't think I need to tell you the outcome. Let's just say the judge was more unhappy than is typical in most cases. If you are there, why not post photo's of these 200 cues in the process of being built, Hell why not post a photo 50. No one gets it, he posts a photo of a cue for some one not on AZ, well all I can say is WHO CARES have they been waiting Two Years, and the answer is Hell NO.

With 200 hundred cues being built, and at least that many last year, I wonder if the IRS has been informed for Tax purposes. Hell the Federal Government should love this if it go's to court.
This should be interesting, very interesting, hell there may be a IRS Agent reading this right now.
Then there will be the Questions of a business license, if he has one I am certain he listed as sole proprietor, which means that when they come after the guy they can take everything.
Kevin, I hope your licensed as a S-Corporation at least that way your personal possessions will be protected!!!!!!

I am pretty sure it was Monto's. If it wasn't for someone on this site then why would he PM them tracking info? I think it was Monto's based on his response to the thread in the very next post after the pics. Of course I would never put it past Varney to pull a stunt like what you are describing. It is so difficult to know what to believe from him when most of what he says are lies.manwon said:

HaHa last week he tried to sell me a cue at local tourney , in norht carolina in the states, he is local here and i see very few of his cues locally and he is not allowed into alot of places and im sure most of his business is here on AZ i am amazed he does not take care of the azers at least!

He is a cue maker that works around Charlotte NC. I have had one of his cues which I purchased for a gift for my niece. It was a beginner's cue. She was very satisfied with the cue. So was I. It had a nice hit or feel to it.

Sir I hate to even say anything...making cues is a difficult task for anyone and especially for those "custom cue makers" that send their orders overseas and then sign them..
Sir if you are fulfilling orders and sending them out then great...Maybe you need someone to take phone calls for customer support..Most dedicated cue makers are in their shop 24/7 and can't personally take phone calls
You sir need to take care of this mans order. It's a jump break. I know ebony takes a little longer to turn down, but it doesn't take 12 months...Why someone hasn't taken you out behind the shed or turned you into the FBB totally confuses me....
Just make things right and I honestly hope in the future that you will produce for your customers with integrity and pride..Drop the Greed... it doesn't work out in the end..
