I am just curious about the comment "I will be caught up shortly"

What exactly is "shortly"

I spoke with a local cue maker in the past and asked him how many custom cues he makes in a year...(He is also a 1 man shop)...He said he can make only about 100 other wise the quality would suffer....

How on earth is he going to make 200 cues "shortly"

I do know that I talked to some people local to Kevin and they claimed that he is very much not liked around those parts.

Honestly, there's not much left to be said. Everything people have said about KV have now come straight from the horse's mouth. You will not get refunds. You will sit and wait until I am ready, you whiner.

To say essentially that to a patient customer who's already paid and waited quietly for over a year....wow....

Cincy, if you need any help whatsoever in your legal action, I will do anything I can to assist you. I don't have a law degree, but I'd be glad to share any information I've gathered, and even if you just need someone to bounce ideas off of, or vent to, hit me up.

Sounds like Kevin's world is getting smaller and smaller, pretty soon he will be the choice of Alien's, because know one on Earth will do business with him!!!!!!:p

That's part of the whole point--how well he was thought of was all bought, for the purposes of luring in people like cincy and myself, among many others, who see this guy's absolutely sterling reputation and think nothing of sending payment in full for a cue in 90 (or 60) days or less.

This seems like another veiled threat to me, maybe I'm wrong and if so I apologize..... but if I pissed off the cook, I would be very suspicious of eating the food. Good luck with your cue.

True Story

I worked at a hotel with a restaurant. The Greek restaurant manager was a real jerk. His wife came in with a black eye once a month. He played grab ass with all the waitresses and treated my bartender friend like a piece of crap along with everybody else. One day he was brushing his teeth and his gold crown fell out and went down the drain at home. I was the maintenance guy at the hotel and he asked me if I would see if it was in the sink trap. Well, I went over there and there it was. I took that bad boy and put it in a baggie. I went back to the hotel and handed the bag to the bartender and told him I had to give it back to Tony in two hours. It was between shifts so I know that about 20 people had access to that tooth. They gave it back to me 2 hours later and God only knows how many hemorrhoids, urinals and toilets, dumpsters, taints , boogers, and what not it was used on. I gave that Greek Bass turd the tooth and bigger than chit, he came in the next day with that bad boy shining in his mouth.
To this day he thinks he is a comedian because everybody laughs at him everytime he opens his mouth. Here is to you Mr.Tony Savalous. :thumbup: Courtesy of all your faithful employees you fu@ked over. :wink:

ONLY IF THAT PERSON ISN'T GENUINE...... MANY HERE ARE HELD IN HIGH REGARD, AND HAVE BEEN FOR QUITE SOME TIME.
