what does this mean?do you think this proves that all is well with Kevin and his customers?who are you trying to kid,yourself,Kevin?they are many unhappy customers here and i personally know more than one in the thread that has ordered a cue.i have no cue on order,but i do have freinds with a problem as do many of the "haters" as you call anyone who speaks out.it isn't about hating,it is people that are tired of waiting 2 years on a cue that was guaranteed to be delivered in 2-3 months.some just want a refund and others just want a phone call or PM,but no one is getting anything except i did see Cinncy get threatened and condescended to by the cuemaker.

here is the solution:

i think a good solution would be to take one day or a half-day off and call or PM everyone on the list who is behind and try to accomodate them in anyway possible.most people are pretty reasonalbe and just don't want to be ignored.i bet even the maddest customers could be appeased with a small discount and a solemn promise about a delivery date.

Theres close to 500 post on this thread alone and if I remember right Kev said only one person has a cue on order. Just shows the childish mob mentality of a lot of this forum as sad as it is everyone feels safe behind there keyboard and join in this crap for no reason when they got no business with KV. You all act like he stole something from your mother when in truth all hes done is fall behind on some orders. I'd like to see who apologizes when he announces he's caught up on all the past due cues. I just wanted to add some reality to this thread as the haters have spun this way out of control. Like another forum member told me its bacause these hates feel the forum is boring otherwise so they enjoy this.

Hilarious. OK, so if someone gets attacked or robbed, the police shouldn't get involved, because the problem is really only between the robber and the victim. If a person is sexually assaulted, we should turn a blind eye as well, because really, the problem is only between the criminal and the victim.

As an objective bystander, even I think your comment went a little too far. It sounds like you're threatening people now. And although I may not have a "dog in the race", there is NO EXCUSE for a cuemaker to not contact his customers, EVEN IF HE's BEHIND on orders.

I have a cue on order that is at least 6 months late. However, the cuemaker has kept in touch with updates, and therefore I am still willing to wait for his cue...all due to his honesty and customer service.

As far as this thread goes, yes, it is negative. Yes there are some members with the mob mentality, but not everyone. Most people are just standing up for an injustice. If any of cincy's story is NOT true, perhaps KV should come on here and explain his side. thats all people want.

I totally agree that if that comment was made about Kevin's wife it was wrong, in poor taste, and certainly uncalled for. But, I do not understand what part you have in any of this, every other comment coming out of your mouth is to the following effect, I bet you won't say that to Kevin's face, come to Kevin's door step and make your comments, or some one is going to get hurt in one way or another.

Now after making all these threats, you always throw the Moderators into the mix, or you tell people they will be banned or something else that makes you look foolish. My question is simple how uneducated are you that you can't understand that two wrongs NEVER make anything right!!!!!!!!

I totally agree you are not afaid to support your friend no matter how foolish you look doing it. I think you need to turn some more of Kevin's wood, because that is what you are best at doing, turning wood.

No one cares about your Rep Comments, No one Care's about anything you have to say, because you simple have No creditability. The only positive thing you have done is stand up for your friend. That I can certainly say is your only redeeming quality in my opinion, to me loyalty is worth something even if it is misplaced.

Your could serve yourself and Kevin much more if you spent your energy helping Kevin to understand he is wrong. You both do not like this thread and that is understandable, but the only way Kevin will find peace is by doing the correct thing.
