Need Help Getting Cue Returned From Martyne Bachman

It is time to take desperate measures....................if the cue is not returned in the very near future...................Tony needs to prosecute her a$$.

I am sorry that this has worked out this way. I had nothing but good intentions and hadn't never heard of Martynes irresponsible reputation.

One thing is for sure, all of this exposure will rightfully cost Ms. Bachman in the future.

You don't need to worry Jim. You did nothing wrong. I just feel bad for Cedric. He's been waiting forever for the cue and this one is out of my control.

Ok no more emails please. I just got word that I will receive the cue tomorrow. I have a few things to finish up on it before it goes to Cedric, but at least his wait is almost over.

Returning your cue will be a lot easier than res'cue'ing her reputation I'd be willing to betcha!!!!

jimmy no need to apologize, it wasnt ur fault. tony and i both agreed to it the only one i blame is her. none of us did anything wrong so there's nothing to apologize for or feel bad about.

I rec'd an e-mail from Martyne, w/ an 8:27 pm, Central, time stamp, saying that the cue has been shipped & Tony will receive it tomorrow, 8/4.
My best to Tony & Cedric.

Were pictures of this cue posted in her "Stolen Cue Alert" section of Chalkxxx.com?

Did you learn anything (that you can say publicly) that would make us feel better about the reason(s) for such a long delay in returning the cue?

I haven't had any contact with Martyne. I didn't even send an email this time as I had already pretty much given up on ever getting the cue back.

I am not going to bash her. I just wanted the cue back. I'm sure the emails here helped with that. I just wish it didn't have to come to this.

Glad it worked out for you, Tony. And I'm proud for you that you're unwilling to engage in any public "post invective" about it - there's nothing for you to gain from that.

I recieved the same e-mail as everyone else that the cue was being shipped.
