"Need help on a transaction with Barrosm"

GroundHogg as said he will mail the tube back after he gets his refund..

At this point the tube is his only proof if say this needed to be brought to a police station to file a charge or what have you.

Not saying Barrosm is not going to send the refund, but the tube is a little insurance..

There it is plain and simple..

No need to argue..

Barrosm send the refund and post on here when you do.

GroundHogg post on here when the refund is received and ship the tube out after that..

lost cue

after leaveing the post office today and finding out tube left local post office all intact,and speaking with MR. ESPARZA manager of usps in texas the tube arrived at texas office '''''EMPTY'''' so i filed a postal invesagators report i should here something in a few days, they also were given proof of cue being put into tube via post office viedo so iam not here to ''RIP ANYBODY OFF '''' groundhogg will be refunded and let the postal invesagator due there job hopely cue turns up if not lesson learned on shipping with no '''INSURANCE'''' thanks :)

So what you saying here is that you put the cue in the tube at the Post Office.? Will do so you were under servailance by camera's at the postal facility, that clear shows you placing the cue inquestion in the tube in question.?

My question, would be why would you not have had the cue alraedy packed before you went to the post office.? Next can you get a copy of the video where to put the cue in the tube, when to the counter and mail it. ? This would greatly help you prove you did not wrong, and it could certainly save you reputation on this board. Just remeber the video would have to clear enough to show which cue was being sent, oh and I also know for fact the Video recording systems used by Government facilities also have the date insert in the photo.

Check the package, what does the weight say on it? Normally packages are weighed before shipping to determine cost. Double check what it weighs now.

You misunderstood the terms of this threat. HE is not coming to your house, but he IS sending a box with two shoes in it by USPS and THEY are going to kick your ass when you receive them.

LOL... All in all I hope this is resolved and the buyer is reimbursed. I'm just glad the Moderators were kind enough to remove the negative i-trader rating that barrosm gave me when we have never done business with each other(other than exchange words through an electronic median.)

i'd also request the phone number(s) of the branch it went out from, anyone else he contacted, and all the persons names he talked to regarding his efforts to investigate so i could check the story out for myself.

A word of advise to the seller.

It's a good idea for you to hire an Attorney, he can defend you in this case.

The person you sold this cue to should keep the tube until gets his full refund for the transaction !!!!

Actually all the buyer has to do in this matter is go to his local Police Department and file a report of this transaction.

Even if you both don't live in the same state he can still file charges against you.

His department would fax the complaint to your local police department and prosecuter would be assigned the case.

It's actually up to you to prove your innocence
in this matter. :( :(

Most state Prosecutors will take any case !!!!!!!

Be smart, send this man his money and learn a lesson from this.

Check with your Lawyer, I'm sure he will give you the same advise.

IMHO the cue WAS shipped. What happened after that is amorphous.

I also think the SELLER will refund funds WELL before culmination of investigations.

I'm more sure of this than U of MEMPHIS winning the Natl Championship...

Man,did they look good the last two games. UCLA matches up better but they have no depth. One thing for sure,I have the feeling if we win Saturday afternoon we will win again Monday night.

UCLA will have a problem with U of M's quickness and length.

If we hit 70% of our FT's I like our chances.

DORSEY and LOVE are going to war and ROSE isn't a freshman any more, is he??;)
