Seriously.. lets say I have all the payments.. and my friend has 6 numbers and one doesn't hit. So I wait and say ok.. I have all the payments after that auction was drawn, giving him another chance. The way it played out, was there was NO way to rig.
Pretty soon, you'll have to take paypal screenshots of the last payment, get it notarized, scan it, then the auction will be legitimate.

So let me ask you, he is supposed to tell you that the drawing is November the 8th, 11:00:00 PM eastern standard time, 2008. If the drawing goes off on 11:00:01 PM then it's null and void?

2... It sounds like from the email you're complaining about it being illegal rather than the way it was operated. You go on to state that some of the raffles are unfairly drawn. If you knew all this beforehand, why participate in the raffle at all?

If there's only one Powerball, and the raffle was going to occur the day all spots were filled (and it appears it did), how was this rigged?

...but one last try to let you see that you're really out of line. One of your premises has been that the site, AZB should be regulating raffles. So when you went to the powers that be, Mike and Wilson, and they chose not to do anything, why didn't you let it die then? If you think they should be the authority, why do you then go on to usurp that authority?
