I was at Indy and Chris Lawson set up Bobby Dickerson Sr. Chris is one of Bob Mueccis right hand men.

I hit a few balls with it and couldn't hardly believe what I was seeing.:eek:

A special pin with a special ferule matched with that great Muecci feel and hit.

I fired the balls in for about 20 minutes until Bobby took it away from me.:(

I talked to chris and he said he didn't have anymore like it. There were only 2 in existence. The other one is at Brickyard and Tommy has it for sale. The shaft is an inch longer and 1/2 millimeter smaller. Closer to a z shaft. It played pretty good but not like the one Bobby has.

If somehow I can get my hands on one of these before the US Open it might very well win me a match or 2 that I might lose.

It plays that well.

I liked Muecci way back when and it looks like I might become a huge fan again.

Ihave a Meucci Prototype , with a shaft with the old Original taper , and it also shoots like the old Meuccis . great cue . its for sale in the f/sale section . Jim

If I remember correctly I think you said the same thing about the 314-2, and then not long after that, the Jacoby Hybrid, now the Meucci. Not passing judgment either way but I'm surprised as far along in your playing career as you are that you switch as much as you do, but to each their own.

I look away for 10 minutes and you guys get in action again! I'm starting to think its me...
