Several Vegas hotels have rooms for $15 a night, and tickets from Peoria are now $69.95 each way. It's cheaper to come here now than I've ever seen.
Now the invitation to Fatboy's house, you'll have to work that out with him. For me, he's been a fantastic host.

Vegas is hurting big time! They may have to go back to "old style" Vegas with bargain buffets, discount rooms during the week, and lots of freebies. They need to do something to lure people back.

Fatboy's certainly setting up a great room out there in Vegas. I'm both surprized and happy to see someone doing something special for pool like this.
I think I'll be heading back out for a weekend in February if you want to play some 1-hole and/or blackjack.

Jay, two days ago I saw big moving trucks in Fatboys estate and I thought you may have sold all your pool tables and delivering them to the buyers.The big gate on the east side of the estate was open and that is how I was able to take a peek into the estate.
I really like to know where the deals are.

this is why Vegas is in DEEP trouble-MUCH MUCH worse than anywhere else, Vegas was built on 50 cent shrimp coctails and free booze, not $250 Kobe Steaks and $450 bottles of vodka.
mark my words on this one, its gonna get real bad here, II have lost millions and will continue to do so, until it turns 5+ years or I find dumb opmistic buyers, I will be fine either way. and will continue to promote pool(I havent really started but am close-watch and see!!) BTW I'm not trying to make $$$ with pool, i could care less about that, I'm doing what i'm doing for fun.

Any one who knows little bit about pool will not think that the promoter is out there to make a fortune.many do promote pool out of love towards that game. In general Promoters either loose money in pool or make enough to be able to eat at Wendys or pizzahut and pay the rent on their residence .there are few exceptions like- the owners APA pool league,Don macky etc.
so don`t worry no body is going to think that you are there for money.
