When anyone or any group starts a business there is a minimum level of ethics and decency in which it should operate.
It applies to 99% of every business out there.
If this were one time, or if he would have acted accountable in any way I might feel differently.
He screwed up again after a long history of doing people wrong. He then blamed the customer and hurled profanities at anyone who crossed his path. Again this is a pattern not the first time.
His behavior is indefensible.
Yes. I think the more these threads appear and the more that is said about the way he treats his customers the better chance someone down the road can avoid him.
The same way some cue makers here are now being avoided for bad business ethics.

I received a text from Kevin today....and he stated that he has received nothing.
That was today......also received a ton from Glen.....how I'm so jealous of him....I can't do tables like him....and he's shown me everything I know.....and said I can't do a table by myself.
I would sure like to know who's been doing all my work on tables for the since I was 15......I'm 57 this summer......no one is on Glen.....that is anymore than he's hammered fellow AZ members.
My reply was this......tell me when you want to do a table side by side?
Tell me when you want to compare rail work?
But then again......I've said that to him.....what about 20 times now.
Did Glen show me things on tables.....absolutely.....did I him.....he said not one thing..LMAO

Trust me....I've leaned different things from a lot of different people on this forum...never would I say different.
Glens problem is....he will never put anyone above him.....he may say...the guys on my level....I've never heard him say anything more than.....RKC this....and RKC that....every time I've given him and idea....and plenty of them....first thing out of his mouth was.....yeah will call it RKC.
The true story....Kevin never contacted me first....Kevin told me this when he called to see if I would do his rails.
Kevin said he was going to call me and get my thoughts and price after he called Glen.....but said Glen told him that he would PayPal the money right now.....Glen could have the rails back to him in less than 2 weeks.
Kevin said that's what made his mind up without calling me......my prices are the same as Glens......but I do 5 times the work on the rails.
Glen also said I never did anything to help diamond......everything diamond did was from Glen......well....that's funny....when Greg Sullivan came to house to see the work I was doing.....and called Glen on the spot yelling at him.....well I guess I'm make this up.
Greg told me....he was going to change his rails because of the table I did......Greg played on it for hours and said it was the best playing table he ever played on.......TRUE FACT.
I'm not out to say I'm the best at anything.......I'm just so tried of Glen telling me how great he is.....and if it wasn't for him the industry would be lost.
I'm not trying to put Glen down....he's a good table mechanic.....rail guy....he's just good......do I care if Glen does everyone's rail in the world.....I could care less.
I just remember how many people on this forum he has put down....run off....or took their idea and posted it as his own.
All Glen wants is to be recognized as the greatest table mechanic ever......I'm just trying to pay the bills.

Congratulations! Enjoy the table because that table will play like no other in your pool room or your city for that matter. Glad the Cobra made it out there. Try and take pictures or video or just watch how Glen works - that is just as good as how the table will play.You gotta see this guy perform truly Precision Work! A true Mastercraftsman!

April 20th. All the talk in this thread about how harsh we are and how unreasonable we are. I think it needs to stand clear and alone, this statement.
Its been weeks since Kevin made his original post on AZ. If not a month.
...and of course this has been going on since Christmas.
Glen has had months upon months to return this mans money. Still some here defend him and we're the bad guys.
No other business would be given a pass like this...hell I'm not even sure any other individual would be given such a pass. It sounds like he's lying to his own supporters now and of course without consequence. Because he's sent paypal then he's sent a cashiers check/money order. Unfortunately none of that actually happened.

Just to be clear for all glen's supporters, in the real world glen hasn't paid Kevin back as of yesterday. So anyone stating that glen paid Kevin back are just spreading misinformation, and as for those that quote this misinformation... look silly.

They only take cash (U.S. currency) but they refund the ATM fee's
