Then why don't you clear all his debts by taking care of those who were screwed. Then all of Eddies Debt's would be on you so that when Eddie comes back he will only have to deal with a single person. I personally think this is fair, and since you think everyone deserves a second chance this way you an prove that you stand up for what you say and beleive.

Come on what do you have to lose, I mean it appears that he only made mistakes for 2 of the 18 years he was in business. I will contact the Mod's since you are willing to take care of Eddies debts, and we will see what he has to say.

I missed the discussion between the cue being received and the cue being worked on (probably to correct the length of the shaft?) but here is the cue once someone started working on it.

I am sincerely wishing you luck once again. You just stuck your head in a hornet's nest. Hopefully this and your other dealings with Eddie Wheat work out for you. Hopefully too, this warns you to be a wee bit careful in your own dealings with him.

Eddie wont' allow you to follow through on your intentions. He'll screw it up. He won't necessairly mean to screw it up (or maybe he will absolutely mean to) but he'll screw it up. That's who he is.

He's one of those guys that think that he should be judges by his intentions rather than his actions...

as in "........ but I didn't mean to cheat anyone and it wasn't my fault that they got all p.o.'d and said bad things to me and made me mad and made me get even. If they hadn't said what they said I'd have done a helluva job!"

You realize most of us think you are Eddie don't you, and you won't change our minds. You also realize, if your not Eddie, that you are being a idiot in promising to deliver goods that you have no control over. You may be his best buddy in the whole world, but that won't matter in the long run.

Chip is not Eddie.

Chip, I tried to follow up on this myself, and I learned a valuable lesson - This is Eddie's problem and he needs to take responsibility for it.

No matter how hard you try, you can't make somebody else get their $hit together. It just doesn't work that way. That have to reach a point where they see the need for change - sometimes they eventually see it - sometimes they don't.

The last time I saw Eddie, he was doing very well and seemed to be clearing away the wreckage of his past. I give him a lot of credit for that. He was going through some extremely tough times and he had to learn some hard life lessons on his own. Clearing away that wreckage is not going to be completed over night. Its a long process. Hopefully Eddie's conscience will lead him to take care of all of this mess - but that's 100% up to Eddie, and nobody else.

I also use my real name and photo on AZ instead of hiding behind a computer and keyboard talking smac like some az'ers do. I have asked simple intellengent questions and get attacked on here. I only talking about a few but wow, I would just asked if a match was gonna be streamed and someone would attack my post as if I threatened someone. This is my favorite billiard web site, and that is one reason I am gonna make good on Eddies mistakes. I"m not trying to save Eddies reputation, or trying to get him back on AZ, I"m just doing it because I know its the right thing to do. I have already talked to customers that have an issue with him, it is in the process of getting resolved.
