Sad to hear. Not yet 40?

Justin/justnum will remain an enigma, it seems. Impossible to tell how much was joking, or half joking, or completely serious. He said at one point he was a 350-pound women in South Dakota -- I guess he wasn't.
I never really communicated with him, I’d read what he had to say and often wonder what was really going on. Sad thing he passed. 🙏🏼

If I'm not mistaken didn't his avatar thingy (picture) mention something about being a testicular cancer survivor? Only a guess but might have been cancer related?
I believe that you are correct.

I'm sad to read this, I didn't know him and only read his posts, shows how short and fragile life can be.

This is heartbreaking. I had a ton of exchanges with this guy. He never took anything too seriously and I always liked that about him.

He was super creative.

Really tough to hear this.
i always wondered, did he venture over to NPR?

i stay outta there but i always thought he might fit in well with godzilla ripping king kong’s arms and legs off and mothra cooking the body parts for political nightmares and constitutional debate

Wow, sad news. As much as everyone heckled him, I always enjoyed his posts and got along with him well. I could tell by his verbiage that he was quite sharp & educated. Very creative & friendly guy, we passed the time in a lot of threads; the more technical the better.

RIP Justnum!

For me Justin was hard to gauge. I am afraid I may have been less than patient with him on a few occasions. That's really not like me, but I have become somewhat judgmental as I grow older.
Maybe the Professor has taught me something after all.
Rest in piece Justnum.

I don't want to over step my bounds here, but do we know what happened? He seemed pretty young. Sometimes this is a sensitive topic so I want to be respectful.
I too was wondering that. Seemed quite young.

I tried to engage him at first but he always went off somewhere else. Some may have noticed I don't try eulogizing anyone. Mostly don't know 'em but there's too much unknown about the next step. I'm surprised there's no arguments here about it. Or the aiming forum for that matter. People stick to etiquette and I suppose their own mortality.
Well RIP again...

He died and we learned he had a degree and was a university teacher and so now he's receiving kind and complimentary comments.

RIP Justin

Yes, he did.

He posted there on matters he was well informed on, particularly health issues. He was honest with the effect it had on him.

Rest in Peace
