shane vs mika

How much did Shane and Donny play for? I think they're both 'kind of'
..... 'good'..........

i was simply saying that i disagree with the post about good players not playing 9 ball because all the places ive been thats what i see. im not saying that bartram or anybody else is wrong or that im right. im just saying thats what ive seen. imo i would think it would be the game of choice. i could be very wrong which it looks like i am. thanks for the inputs.

Both guys were in Indonesia and are now headed down to Louisiana. Shane is good with the dates we proposed just have to get with Mika and see what he says. When we get an exact date we can get a location. When we get a location we can get post money and when we get post money we got a match.

Probably 50/50 at this point if it actually happens.

I think you're talking about tournaments and small money games. Chris is talking about big money match-ups between top tier players.
That's just my take.

I'd sure as hell be mailing a check to be able to watch the stream...

If 10 ball, break your own, I'd pick SVB!

Yes, but that was obviously an entirely different set of circumstances. That was a "Can Shane outrun the nuts" match. Donnie is a rack your own phenom.

two of the best.

hmmmmmmmm how long ago ws this.
i rest my case.

I've only watched the first 24 minutes...holy cow how strong were they both playing at this time?! Super fast paced, running out from everywhere.

10 ball is for sure the game of choice today imo, don't see how anything else comes close. And nothing else should!

I have my idea why Mika has not been doing as well in tournaments as he had been. Too much gym, not enough pool. The way he has built himself up has to mess with his muscle memory. The cue has to feel different to him. He's still one of the greatest players in the world. JMO. Johnnyt

johnny he has been at the gym for many years.
even when he was winning everything.
a lot of good players its hard to win all the time.

I understand what your saying and I agree, but he looks to me like he's really pumped up in the last year. Johnnyt

BINGO !!! On any given day, the 112th best player in the world can "beat the pants" off of the #1 player in a tournament format. This is why pool has to be one of the toughest sports in the world to try and decide just who IS the best player in the world. Hell, in tournament formats, I've seen no-named players take down former U.S. Open champs. And you can't really go on money winnings, 'cause they don't all go to the same tournaments (because of money/travelling issues and invites).

Like bartram said: a lot of good players its hard to win all the time.
