Didn't pay attention and ESL shows up once in a while.
Thanks for correcting it. You must be a very smart guy.![]()
I don't think I'd be very proud if over 40% of my fellow az forum members wanted me banned and of the remaining 50 some odd percent who said not to ban me, a fair number of those say I'm a jerk.
On my worst az day, I don't think I could get more than, say, 35% of forum members to be okay with giving me the heave-ho.![]()
Best,

...bb-b-but chicken he is saving pool. He is fighting the good fight for all us ignorant bangers. He is going to save pool. I guess alienating all of his fellow pool players is part of his master plan! Now excuse me while I go take a PP.
Maybe pocket puss has a point.
There are thousands of softball leagues throught out the US. We all know softball is not "real" baseball, the field is much smaller, bases are way shorter and they underhand pitch. The players certainly are not as good as the pro baseball players.
The idiots even buy nice leather "softball" gloves, wear shining cleats, fancy batting gloves, and spend $300 on a bat made from recylced aluminim cans or something, and they run around like the bunch of rank amatuers that they are.
What a joke. I mean, I watched a softball game once, and it was just plain creepy. Grown men playing and but not playing anywhere near the professional level or even the college level. I was embarrased for them.
How dare they try and have a fun filled night with the buddies playing a sport they love. Who the hell do they think they are tarnishing baseball's good name.
Yeah, the sporting goods stores love them because they buy "stuff"... and the park districts like them cause they bring in "cash", and the bars they drink at afterward likes them because they tip a few beers back after some weak ass victory against another bunch of losers. I mean, is money the only thing that matters, more than pride and passion for a beloved game of baseball.
I mean, wtf. Please, we need to put an end to this because it could hurt MLB. If people get a glimpse of some fat 40 year old running the bases, they are NEVER going to another MLB game. They will curse softball and will eventually stop following baseball. I mean, this crap has been going on for decades and NOBODY is stopping it.
Please, won't someone help baseball. DO if for the game, do it for yourself. Next time you see a grown man playing softball, please stop, pick up a brick and throw it right at him and let him know he is destroying the very soul of America's pastime.
Finally an intelligent post on this thread. I'm quitting my softball team tonight for the good of my beloved Colorado Rockies. Silly me not to realize that my speed around the bases (if anyone had the patience to watch me run them) could lead to the destruction of our national pastime.
Pocket Point should run for national election. The boy's inside is as shrewd as ... Descarte? Plato? Is he another Einstein?

I mean, wt. Please, we need to put an end to this because it could hurt MB. If people get a glimpse of some fat 40 year old running the bases, they will be disturbed and emotionally scarred seeing such a sight that they might NEVER go to another MB game. They will curse softball and will eventually stop following baseball. I mean, this crap has been going on for decades and NOBODY is stopping it.

Pocketpoint is entitled to his/her opinions , no one should be ban by vote , unless there a scammer, racist, or sexist..
Isnt this for the mods to decide??
I understand alot of ppl may be annoyed with his/her Threads..
Its much easier just to skip his/her post, or threads if he/she is someone you wish not to entertain your time with..
Come out of your shell and tell us what you really think about softball leagues.
What is you opinion on amateur bowling leagues, local poker tours, and bumper pool.
Now you see that I am beginning to take a lead in the poll.
Slowly but surely, people that agree with me are coming to comment on my posts, they are no longer afraid to voice their opinion.
People are saying to themselves that maybe I have a point. Maybe it makes sense what I am saying.
In time, the league barbox player will recognize that he isn't playing pool.
It's humorous, you began a thread that asked if I should be banned. The end result is that you brought more attention to my goals, and you have put more people on my side than I've ever had before!
