BUT....when I was in school and picked somebody to be on my dodge ball team, if they ever QUIT towards the end when only the real bombers were left, I NEVER picked them for my team again.
I can give some other, more modern examples of what I think generally about quitters, but since it's not anything nice, use your imagination.

I had an OPINION that LWW was spamming the thread by posting TEN separate polls IN A ROW and instead of duplicating that childish and disruptive behavior by STATING THAT OPINION in EACH of his TEN polls, I elected not to FURTHER DISRUPT THE FORUM and instead chose to express that OPINION in a single Poll and asking for OTHER OPINIONS.
Has it occurred to you that the VOTE could have been enormously AGAINST my OPINION??
If fact, however, the poll now stands at 21-20 so it is clear that a substantial percentage of other members AGREE with me.
As for "personal attacks" my Poll was absolutely NOT a "personal attack" in that it was UTTERLY impersonal and rather merely was an OPINION in objection to a SINGLE element of LWW's posting history. The poll wasn't even SLIGHTLY "personal."
If you had bothered to review the threads, you will see that I have agreed with LWW on a number of issues...and vice versa.
But given your sensitivity to personal attacks...did you happen to see these from him directed to other members???

I have to point out that Jim was WAY worse before he was banned. He tried to be more civil (I am sure he had no choice) when he came back from his ban. I wish him the best, even though he is the only person to ever call me names on this website!
