has anyone else on here ordered anything from tar lately??? i ordered some tar patches on march 15th and paid for them via paypal...and still havent recieved them, i know they were at the expo but thats way over and i still hvent heard anything or got my patches...i dont think im out of line for being a little upset am i?>>>anyone else in the same boat i am waiting...thanks to all in advance

You do realize you bought it RIGHT as they were taking off for Valley Forge, don't you? I'm guessing they are just getting back into the swing of things and are filling orders as quickly as possible.
 
You didn't mention that you have tried to contact them about your order. Is this your first attempt at follow-up, to post here?

I would email them or PM them here, or give them a call.

I am not defending TAR, but have you tried to contact them before posting this here?
 
i UNDERSTAND that but i ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for an order and im sure TAR wasnt at the expo 5 to 7 days max...
 
i was told on here by tar they they would be sending out orders as soon as they returned from expo...i m not saying i got screwed or anything i just think my wait has been somewhat excessive...so before you all rip my head off and defend tar its really not that big of a deal and i m not bashing them
 
I gave you an e-mail link to the two people who have an e-mail linked on the TAR web-site, you might try an e-mail. Maybe they ran out of patches, and are waiting for an order to arrive. TRY an e-mail!
 
Sorry for any confusion. I went to NYC for a week after the Expo. Got home last Monday at midnight and drove to LA early Thursday morning for a gig and back the same day. I realize this doesnt really matter to you because all you want is what you ordered and you are right. I just tell you so you don't think I am just not shipping your stuff.

Everything will go out tomorrow afternoon. If you would like I can refund your money. I understand the frustration not getting what you order in the time frame you expect. Either way I apologize for any disappointment.
 
or1pkt...PM JCIN here. It's poor taste to openly accuse them of something that is this trivial...especially since you haven't even talked to Justin. Do the right thing, and contact him FIRST, before you start complaining about not getting some patches.

Thats perfectly fine and i understand...as i said i wasnt bashing anyone or didnt mean to seem like i was, i understand things take time and people are busy and things come up...sorry to anyone who though i was coming accross brash or that i was bashing tar, that wasnt my intention at all, i dont want a refund or anything like that im sure i ll get the order in the near future...Thanks

I ordered a DVD on March 9 and still have not heard a word from them. I have called the though and first they said they were busy at San Diego with the ladies tourney and then they were gone to Valley Forge. And then they promised they would send it out last Monday and nothing. I understand that they might be busy however, if they can't get your order out or communicate then maybe they shouldn't take your money instantly. IMHO
 
Same thing happened with my dad and I , he ordered patches, in the beginning of February and it was no big deal if they were busy or whatever, but he was told he would get a shipping confirmation when they would be shipped. So a month went by and he heard nothing. So he called numberous times and the # on the site said Chad,,but he was given Justin's # and Left a message but heard nothing back at all and waited another week and pm's him here and he got no response and then he just contacted pay pal to see what was going on and then next thing he knew he got a refund for his order. When all he wanted was some type of info on the patches or something. WE know these guys are busy and we appreciate all theta TAR brings us. We order every TAR match the offer to support them and thats why we wanted the patches. I asked my dad if he was going to reorder the patches when they get back in the office and he said since they refunded the money they probably don't want our buisness. Bottom line was we only wanted the patches to show our support and no one ever got back to us in almost 2 months of ordering then when you try to find out what is going on they refund the money like they dont need it anyhow ...Gavin

It would be respectful, imo, to first exhaust all avenues of recourse by contacting them by email and/or phone, repeatedly, and THEN go public. Maybe.

Going public this soon is disrepsectful and ... cold.

Cold, like maybe you don't really care if you hurt them just so you get your way. That's how it appears.

REALLY busy time of year for ya, I get it, hope others can see that you are not Walmart.com and have 100's of employees working around the clock taking and shipping orders!! Hope you had a good time, and got some good contacts to keep business afloat besides my little orders. Always try to help out TAR as much as possible, and hope you can keep doing what you are doing - even if it means you are streaming somewhere and I have to wait an extra week or two for an order!! I'm sure many more feel the way I do and understand a bit more than the OP.

I woulda ordered an uber valuable TOKEN from the US Bar Table Championships signed by Toasty if you'd had em on your website....lol :D
 
cold and disrespectful huh...well as i stated that wasnt my intention @ all regardless of what some may think i simply posted on the forum to see if anyone else was in the same boat i was...and it seems yes there are others waiting for items also...it is what it is but some seem to just read into things and go off on a rant and thats fine...once again
im not upset with TAR or let down i was simply just curious to see if anyone else was waiting on items...
 
You did the right thing,Service is the most important thing,if you get bad service the business will not follow...
