Justin and Chad,

You can attribute your success by treating people in a fair manner. You both have shown that when something goes bad you are ready and willing to take the worst of it to make the customer happy.

I love what you guys do and will be seeing you at DCC in a couple of weeks. Keep up the great work and hope that 2009 brings more great memories and even a little $$$$$ to each of you. You guys deserve it!!!!

Even tho I don't like being yelled at as if I just brought home a bad reportcard to my dad, I still love these guys like brothers. Got to meet some good people and go to some awesome tournies cause of tar. I might sleep in too long and have a poor work ethic, but if you guys ever need an extra hand while I'm around, just holla!

Justin,
That was just an awesome post! Did you ever think when you first started out that you would have set up and made happen all that you guys did so far! Wow!
T.A.R. & Accu-Stats are invaluable because the fans can watch matches that we could not attend, and two, you're preserving some of the game's history for succeeding generations.
A sincere and heartfelt "thank you" to you and the staff of T.A.R. for what you've done and for what's ahead.
Good luck!

Was awesome seeing TAR from the beginning to now.... keep up the awesome work guys... cant wait to see what else comes up...

Probably one of the most innovative things that have happened to pool in 20 years. IMHO! I know you do it for the love of the game (thats obvious) but I hope it turns into a very successful business for you. Thanks from an ACTION JUNKIE!

Truely amazing. TAR has contributed much to pool these past two years. Getting to know you a little better and seeing you work has made the appreciation of you even stronger. Quite a library you've built in a relatively short time. Thanks guys.

Reliable, responsible, trustworthy, dedicated, HARD WORKING, ambitious, professional and a lot of fun to work with are just a few of the reasons I enjoy working on the TAR crew, and with Justin and Chad. Both these guys are damn good commentators too in case anyone hadn't noticed.

They did break new ground in the pool world. Long ago I told Justin that if he does a good job, he will be copied. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. And the boys at TAR should feel very flattered that there is now live streaming at so many pool events. I know this doesn't help their bottom line, but it had to happen. TAR will always be first and they have created a good name for themselves. Hopefully they can continue to capitalize on their good name and bring us more exciting matches. I'm looking forward to it.

Whats scary is I never saw this post, lol, i think i was out of town for a few days when Justin originally posted it. Looking back, the road has been one full of promise, excitement and especially for me now, memories. I first met Chad and Justin at the 2008 Derby City, but I had followed every event they streamed from the beginning, the ring game. I can honestly say that the reason these gentlemen gained my loyalty was because of the high-quality product they put out and the passion with which they stood behind their company. I have been lucky enough to be allowed to somewhat "help" these guys at last years DCC, this years DCC and at the 2009 Reno Barbox Championships. All I can say is getting to know them and just seeing a fraction of what they have to go through to put one of these events on has only increased the level of respect I have for them. I was lucky enough to be on the flight with Justin from Las Vegas to Reno, and we discussed the business and different avenues that could be explored. It was a very insightful conversation that left one thing that Justin said ingrained in my mind, "If we surround ourselves with good people and have good intentions for the players and our customers, good things will happen." That is one thing TAR has not just preached, but practiced. All it takes is looking at some of the characters we all think about during a TAR event. Ken Shuman, who is a great commentator and a hell of a nice guy to be around. Mark Griffin, who each time i meet and talk with him I gain even more respect for what he has done and is trying to do for the sport. John Mars, one of the most considerate, intelligent and interesting guys i've ever met (and a pretty damn good drinker). Fred "The Cornerman" Agnir, whose passion for the sport and personality are infectious from the moment you meet him. Ms. Sunny Day, who can lighten up the chat room with one word from her mouth. Easy-E, what can i say, he loves to have a good time and can even play a little pool when he's not talking. These are just a few of the individuals I have been fortunate enough to meet on my trips with TAR. Justin and Chad are both great guys who have alot to offer the sport and its fans, as long as the opportunity is realistic. All I can say is continue to support these guys, as I truly feel they are leading the way in the true future of the sport, and I can't think of two gentlemen I'd rather see captaining the ship. Thanks guys for all you do, as usual.

Its great wat TAR has done for pool and for the players. Excellent coverage of great matches and great commentary. Hopefully get to hang out with u guys sometime soon. thanks for a great idea and some great pool. good luck in the future.

Thanks for all the hard times and hard work guys, and remember that all us fans understand there will sometimes be feed problems. But we all know that you two will be doing everything possible to keep us in action, and for me that means you care as much about us as we do the TAR guys. Hope to see you at a tourney soon--Leonard

was searching for the word photography, to try and get some info on learning how to shoot for the DCC. Ran across this thread and there was a lot of work put into it by Justin, so a bump for anyone that may have missed it, is a no brainer.

Enjoy, and I hope to spend a little time with the TAR crew in January.:)

Justin, can you make time for a interview for me? If we need to, we can play a short race for it:grin: I promise you've never seen a stroke like I got:eek:

Kudos to you Calired. It definitely deserves a bump or two. Somehow I actually missed that thread when it came out...so that was the first time I read the story.

Great job Justin! TAR has done amazing things for the pool industry. Please keep up the good work

Thanks for the bump sir. Looking at this again brings back a lot of memories. Anything I can do for you just say the word.

Great original post Justin. Thanks for putting the game out there for all of us to see, without TARs hard work a lot of great play would never have happened. Here's to many more events in the future, maybe even one up here in snowy Canada one day.

Goof Work Justin... keep 'em comin. TAR is a fantastic venue. We get to see our Heroes in the "heat of battle", which is a far cary from the old days.

I see TAR as two, three, maybe more ways, because one can definitely learn from watching he great players (postion play, speed, rail play, safety play & even what to do publicly to overcome defeat.

TAR could become a great instructional library, for members of course. A weekly series of instructionals might get a lot of folks wrapped around the axle, as they seek to better themselves.

Go TAR...
