Trickshots on a new level...

I hardly ever watch but I was bored last night and watched for a few minutes. The one thing I DID notice was the stands were full, unlike pool. Johnnyt

How about when he jumped the cue off the table and kicked it in with the bottom of his foot.

I almost fell out of my chair laughing. Made me think about that guy in The COM, with his foot up in the air.

I just sent this guy an email. Im going to try to hire him. Maybe put him in the special features section of my next DVD or something? Who knows. Anyone have any ideas?

*EDIT:

Scrap that...I just thought of something WAY better.

Trick shots bore me too, but this guy is REALLY good.

I wonder how he jumps the balls SO easily. I wonder if it's a gaff cue. Not like it matters- the guy is obviously mega talented.

I watched the cup challenge between Europe & USA on ESPN the other day. I too am not really a fan of trick shots but I will say the level of competition is definatly getting high. Those guys are getting very creative especially in the doubles challenges. You do have to appreciate some of the strokes needed to perform those shots. I can see why they are captiviating to the normal person.

That shot where he masse's the ball and then masse's it BACK while it is moving was BADAAAASSSSSSS!

in the 2nd video he had a timing masse shot that was pretty baddass too, but I liked the shot that masse'd off a rail and hit both titties of the side pocket to pocket a ball in the corner; talk about precision (that hadta take a buncha takes or the double titty thing wasn't planned).

lol, Im convinced that one was an accident. I think he was trying to masse into the rail between the side pocket and the rack, then have the CB come out and do a second masse around the rack and knock the ball in. Either way, the result was spectacular.

Everytime I think that I am starting to get my old stroke back, someone has to post videos like this. Then I realize I never had a stroke, and never will.:frown:

I really liked the jump off the rail and then while in mid-air shooting it into a shoe.

Wasn't that Iggy Pop?

Florian's great. He lives in France but came over for Dr Cue's cup last November and showed pretty well. Hopefully he can start making it to other tournaments to try to get noticed for the ESPN events. I'm looking forward to meeting and competing with him some time.
