This is a slideshow I created, as a tribute to the late Wade Crane. I owe a multitude of thanks to Mary Kenniston for supplying me with the pictures to create this. I wanted to make something for all of his family, his friends and his fans to remember him by. May he rest in peace, he will never be forgotten.

Make sure you right click on the video and choose Full Screen. If your PC is having trouble playing, right click and choose Turn HD off.

I hope you enjoy it... it was tough making it, I never met the man, but I felt like I got to know him while doing this project.

Brilliant and quite moving! A beautiful tribute to an American legendary player.

I met Diane and another gal from Nashville at a women's pro qualifier in south Tejas . Gave them a ride to the store and back to the pool room . Diane is a beautiful lady and can play , the other gal won the tourney , can't remember her name , her husband was a studio musician in Nashville . She rolled her own cigarettes , and she could really play !!! That video is the most excellent tribute , Wade has the best 9-ball break that ever will be . Thanx a BUNCH for that great video !!!!!!!;)

Greg,

You are an amazing person, and don't get enough credit for that.

To do something like this is priceless.

Nice tribute.

The closer the person, the higher the heights, the more someone will be missed. Hold dear those you both knew.

A very moving and sensitive tribute, thanks. You're really putting out some good stuff, Red. Keep it up!!!

Many thanks for posting this

Putting it on subscribe to show it to friends.
While watching this I realized that Billy Johnson reminded me of Jimmy Moore.
They both had a calmness combined with stoicness.

And I do have Wade's permission to call him Billy as long as I live

This is a wonderful and lasting memory of one of the very best players who ever played the game.......and a super person to meet and spend time with.

Sincere thanks for taking the time to put this together. It is stirring and memorable.

Wade Crane

All I can say the tribute was heart warming and wonderful. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Great job CaliRed.

After watching your video I realized how well dressed Wade always was. That's saying something in the billiards community, where you see guys show up to play in a tournament wearing muscle shirts and torn/dirty jeans.

When Wade was living around Mobile I saw him quite a bit at the poolhall, and he always looked good. I only had the pleasure of speaking to him once, about getting some lessons. Unfortunately it never happened.
