What do you think of this Diamond?

Only if they quit offering tje Pro Am ... On second thought , jus make mine a RKC Diamondized Gold Crown.. ya know what I mean Vern.. I like the classics

gold crown rules forever

For looks? Not even close.

If Diamond want to get some ideas for truly stunning looking tables that they could build like tanks they should emulate the Arcade/Kling/Hudson type of Brunswicks from the early 1900's.

1. a perfect pool table is flat level slate,,,, with no surprises...

2. legs and finish are irrelevant... to me...

as long as you get #1

let your wife pick #2

Diamond had that table at the Expo this year. It looks much better in person than in that picture. I still like the old school Diamond Professional table before the Pro-Am's came out.

The table pictured is a knockout in person but for what it costs to custom make you could buy a Pro-Am and some very nice house cues. I am thinking Chad Scharlow told me it would be around $10K. Could be wrong but that is the number that pops into my head.

With the same pro-cut pockets, slate shelves and cushions of the Professional and ProAm, this is more of a "home" table look, with professional play ability.

For a home table I love the look of the rails and skirts. The legs however I think would look better if they were straight or were just one pedistol on each end.

I like the arched skirts, but the curved legs don't say "solid" to me. Put different legs on it & I would love it.
