Man, some people are really gullible.

And one thing is for sure.... If you are a non-conformist or approach things differently or voice your opinion contrary to the "norm" mentality then you are a target for ridicule and termination if possible !
Luxury said:I changed my avatar since you posted. The girl on my left was by herself in the avatar before. I'm the dork on the right and she was my all time favorite girlfriend. She moved back to Thailand to help her family as her dad is dying. I miss her so much.
So your post has been forgotten. I don't get to sit at the cool table.
no wonder you were so nice to me if you thought I was that adorable thai girl. I have treated her nicer than any other girl ever. I had an image of you in my head when someone was calling you old and then I looked at your myspace and you looked way better. LOLJAM said:Wow, Luxury, I thought you were a female. Now I am learning you are a male. It makes no difference, but it is amazing how avatars can form opinions -- or images, I should say.![]()

I'm a newly registered user but have been hanging around watching and viewing.
Finally, I decide I had to register just to express some opinions on things I see that I feel are very wrong.
My question is this, If this is supposed to be a forum on cues and cue building, why do I often feel as if I'm back in high school? There seem to be many cliques and a few "cool" kids...I mean guys, that can do no wrong.
For instance, I see guys posting gorgeous cues, great design, great craftsmanship, no glue lines, great points, awsome clear...practically flawless. 500 people look at it and only 10 say anything. Meanwhile, one of these big name guys post some "rent cue" and everyone goes wild over it...what's the deal??

snowmon34 said:Gwen here's the deal.. I wanted to ignore you, but you had to start this stupid thread (jmo).....you call it what you want clique, circle, incrowd etc. etc. etc. Well Gwen dear I call it a bunch of pool freaks getting together and hanging out...I myself have met a lot of exceptional people on this forum, and on top of that I have learned a ton in the short time I've been here...AZB is by far the best place in the world for pool related information (imo)...and I'm addicted...I have no idea why you would start a thread like this...it's negative, and a waste of time. Gwen started this thread after she/he made some very complimentary comments on my thread in the cue gallery
..It's a great positive read..starting @ post 26...Enjoy..
