I'm still pretty new to the world of pool and the excitement that comes with it. I've been noticing so many different ways to gamble. I'm actually one to think up things that are of the wall. I was wondering if you guys want to throw some ways you've gamble in your lifetimes.

flipping quarters for 20's 50's 100's whatever...
lagging quarters at the wall
tossing quarters at the spot
I bet I have more money in my pocket than you today
Let's play a race to 5 and I'll give you a 4 game spot and the breaks. I really just wanna gamble. lol
I bet you a 100 that 5 will last longer in this slot machine than that one.
Who wants to race down the hallway for a 1000?
Forget pool... Let's play some golf.... Winner Pays for the round.... I suck at golf. lol

If you have to gamble you better not, as Pool is a GAME of Skill, and the old time Hustlers did not loose much, as they "gambled" with people that for the most part we beatable. Because they had LESS SKILL, or ABILITY TO WIN!

That one tops them all.
I was looking for something that wouldn't influence thoughts of suicide.

I've gambled where I would play using a small trash can as my cue, or a piece of chalk to hit the cueball. Tossing coins at the spot is a favorite also.

Im a plumbing contractor and I bet with my apprentice all the time. As we roll up to the house we take a shot at what might be leaking, or whats clogged etc. I have the nutz tho because I set some of the jobs up :) I always end up paying for lunch anyway......Im too eazy!

You forgot the old classic one- putting your life savings and retirement funds into stocks and betting the market doesn't crash.

tap tap neil......tho I'm just a spring chicken I've gotten the opportunity to see my fathers blood sweat and tears that made up his 401k turn into a 201k.....

dam shame,

Put a $5 bill in two slot machines, bet that it lasts longer in one than another.
:p

Used to be for me the last gamble of the night. Driving home drunk at 2:00 A.M. every night and getting past the gauntlet of coppers waiting for me. I lost twice and decided to stick to pool. :withstupid:

Gambling was fun till her husband came home,
and that was it for that kind of action ..

Jumpin jack

There was an old guy working in oil fields years ago that would bet a case of beer with the newbies that he could jump flatfooted into an empty 55 gal. Barrel. Never lost! Management made him stop cause brand new employees were going to hospital on first day of work. Never ever bet when somebody says they can do something!!

Guy I know at the hall will bet on anything if he thinks there is a chance to win. Flipping quarters for a hundred a flip.......he called 22 in a row correctly. The other guy had enough so we didn't see if he could make it 23.:frown:
