Maybe I have missed it, but I cannot find one thread or article about who won the Joss Turning Stone Casino tournament.
The only post I have read on this pool-related forum about this tournament, which ended yesterday, was somebody, ONCE AGAIN, whining and complaining about the payouts.
I guess this is the kind of discussion about pool tournaments that makes some people happy. Who plays in the tournament and who wins doesn't mean squat anymore. It's much easier to complain and moan about how pool tournaments are advertised, how they are run, what are the rules, et cetera. How ironic that most of the complaints come from people who don't even compete in these said pool tournaments.
Of course, if we bully all independent tournament organizers out of the pool scene, then we can be left with one big one. I am beginning to think this is the motive now and why independent events are being scrutinized to the nth degree.
Me personally, I'd like to know who won! Does anybody have a clue? I think it did end yesterday, if I'm not mistaken.
