They very well MIGHT see the cue itself. The lister says he's offering a money-back deal, and even mentions having Tim inspect it.
Perhaps the SELLER doesn't know what he has?
This whole thing about - "We firmly believe this is an authentic Tim Scruggs Pool Cue and are offering a 14 day money back guarantee to its authenticity. This gives a person plenty of time to get it to Tim so he may evaluate it." - sounds kinda funky.....
Hard to say...but that crap attempt at the TS logo is KILLING the very core of my being....
Freakin funny Mark. Thanks for the second good laugh of the night.
Heres a copy and paste of the message I sent this crazy cat thru Ebay.
Look, I dont know what makes you firmly belive
that this is a genuine Tim Scruggs cue, but you
cant honestly believe that someone is going to
fork over $ 1500. on a TS logo that was penned
in do you? Its brutally clear that you, or some-
one else took a ball point pen and inked it in
themselves. You might want to check out their web
site and at least use a straight edge on the "T".
Wow. Anyways, good luck finding a sucker to fall
for that logo. I'm not saying its not a scruggs,
with those crappy pics, it could just as well be, but
with that last picture it sure as heck makes you
look like your trying to scam the heck out of
someone. Drop it to $ 100.00 buy it now, and I'll
buy it just because of the three shafts, but
thats as high as I would go with those pics. Good
luck again, I bet you'll need it to fetch the
1500 bucks. Then again, theres a new sucker born
everyday. I'm glad I was born way before
yesterday. Not trying to put you down. Just
trying to tell it like it is.
