What is your cue stick history? Here's mine

Unknown, gone in 3 days.
Schmelke, leather wrap
Viking, leather wrap
Josswest, leather wrap
Meucci, filled
Joss, Limited Edition, Irish
McDermott, all wood
Dominiak, Irish
Schmelke,Bocote, blk leather wrap

That took about 46 years and counting.

Last time I thought about it, I've had, IIRC, about 27-30 different cues. These were all players and not counting break cues. I just ain't up to it;)

i have had 6 playing cues in my life. And another 6 or 8 part time cues(traveling etc).

I do hit balls with all my cues so they dont get dusty.

My first cue was a dufferin with a nylon wrap.
Second was a Meucci
Third was a Custom Joss
The rest have been mostly customs. First custom was a Jenson(only cue I regret selling).

Several cheapo no name, and many warped ass, cues. Then came the name brands:

Dufferin
Meucci (plain jane)
McDermott
Adams
Huebler (the Rifleman)
Meucci (Roadman)
Tad (Ivory Jointed)
Padgett (Sneaky)
Schon
Cuetec (my Earl Strickland model)
Olivier
Olivier
JL Cue
JossWest
Carmeli
Morris
Tiger (TPC-2)
Tiger (TSP-P radial joint)
Carmeli (G10 3/8-10 Pin)
Nick Varner Cue (WC-113-1)

on order--

Carmeli x 2
Searing x 2
Morris x 1
Montalvo x 1

Best 5 cues cues outta the bunch (playability wise or my preferred hit)

Carmeli
Morris
JossWest
Tad (Ivory Jointed)
Huebler

in that order.

I've only been playing for about 6 years, and I've already had a bunch of cues.

1- $15 wal-mart fiberglass (gave away)
2- Viking w/ no inlays or points (gave away)
3- Glenn Grahm custom (sold)
4- classic Joss (stolen)
5- Predator sneaky (I still have this one and keep it in my trunk)
6- Pechauer I took from a guy who air barreled me (sold)
7- one of Scott Whisler's first cues (stolen w/ the Joss)
8- Schon (sold)
9- another Predator sneaky (sold)
10- cheap Players cue I won in a contest (sold)
11-plain Lucasi w/ leather wrap (my current player)
12- cheap cue from the Philipines (just takes up space)
13- Huebler bacote sneaky (sold)
14- 6 point Palmer (just takes up space)

I've also got a cheap j/b and whole bunch of low deflection shafts.

I'm currently paying for my wife to go through nursing school (expensive), but after she graduates I think I'll have Scott Whisler make me a full splice.

Unknown - bought from some local sport store. Destroyed it real quick.
Filipino Cue - bought from a filipino guy in my country was good one.
Meucci multiple of them.
Cuetec - The white strickland series.
Schon.
Joss.
Schon again.
Meucci.
Cuetec - the back one for few years.
Mike gullysay - Custom cue.
finaly back to cuetec. with 314/2 shaft. until today.

My current player is a Schon STL17 that I got in trade from Bamacues here on AZB for a SWEET Mike Sigel cue. Where my cue came from before that I have no idea, but whomever gave it up is REALLY sorry cause It is the 2nd best player I have had in 20 years. The best player was a Black Boar.....and my Schon is at least 90% as good.....if not better!

I have an OB-1 on the way to try out on the Schon this week.....nice!

If were talking lineage of playing cues mine is starting around 1987

Meucci
Joss
Black Boar
Black Boar
Richard Black
Phillippe
Schon
Palmer
Schon
Predator
current Schon

with a few try outs here n there ,but I wish to God I had every one of them back!!!:D
