Boujht my new gold crown today at billiard factory plus an accessorie kit with four nice two piece cues. I'll schedule it to be installed in about 3 weeks

You would be amazed at some of the shafts people play with. Just today I put a tip on a shaft that felt like a french tickler. I always try and clean and smooth the shafts when I put tips on and charge a few dollars more but people seem to appreciate it. Lots of comments on the shaft and very few on the tips.

Had to spend a couple weeks in Reno about 15 years ago. Stayed at a place connected to Silver Legacy by that walkway deal. Liked that stretch. Liked Virginia City when I checked it out. As others have said there’s some sketchy stuff walking around downtown. But I wasn’t packing and made it out fine.

Some shafts are so dinged up you have to take greater measures.
