Alvarado & Neumayer split top prizes on Sullivan Open Pool Tour

Ramon Alvarado signed on to compete in the Sullivan Open Tour’s event this past weekend (Sat., April 18), looking for his second, regional tour win on the tour, having won his first, just shy of a couple of months ago (Sat., February 28). He found it. Sort of. He went undefeated to the hot seat of the event that drew 29 entrants to Shooter’s Family Billiards in Wayne, NJ and would later, along with Cristoph Neumayer, split the top two cash prizes. All any aiming system can do is get you in the ballpark. Great for beginners. Also helpful for people unable to quiet their conscious mind, as it gives them something to focus on.
In archery, instinctive shooters (no sights) have a saying: "Become the arrow".
The best pool I've ever played is when I've "become the ball" and any "systems" are completely off of my radar.
