Hi Dave, pleasure to have you as a friend. I gave a lesson to Richard Killingworth at shooters recently and he just emailed me ,that he had a 53 ball run against William. Makes me proud that I was able to help. He is from England and played snooker there, he is a pretty good shot maker but didn't have good control of the cueball. At the end of the lesson I checked his cue which weighed 17 ounces. He wasn't throwing the cue but steering it with his right hand. I told him to add about one and a half ounces of weight and that made quite a difference in his stroke. Stay in touch. Larry
Hi Larry, its Dave, Tony's friend from shooters on Sunday afternoons. I just want to add you as my friend on here, so we can chat about pool pool pool. OK, I'll look forward to chatting soon. Take care!
please read the post i made in your black boar shaft thread, if you want a real old one it will fit, at some point Tony started making his own pins and they almost fit other cues, but some times they dont i think its 5/16X14 its not 18threads/inch. I cant remember the exact number but I own 4 Boars and 9 shafts. Sorry I dont have anything I can sell as they match the cues and are all different ring work, the other one was given to me and it would be out of line to sell it, It's my player as well. hope I helped

best

Hey fellow leonian: Thanks for your reply to the cow pie statement, which you mentioned the possibility of a story being associated therewith. If you go on main forum & check todays topic " Orange Ball/Rockville, then scroll down to the Weenie Beenie story I wrote, I am sure you'll be happy you did. Thanks! Mountainlion
PS. I am new to this so you can let me know what you think posting on the Orange Ball/Rockville blog.
Lee,
I noticed your sanding arbors have not been available for a while now. Any idea on when they will be available?

Thanks,
BJ
Thanks for your help;) I already got some feedback. You were right about the SLC being after the death of Ray Schuler. It means Schuler Legacy Cue according to one of the members.
Hey Serm...good to be here. There seems to be a lot of drama on this site. It's better than Seinfeld...Teddy
the pins and femal threads on my cues are machine cue, then they are tuned [ i.e. filed by hand ] on each cue, so no two are alike. sorry no joint protectors. chuck
Mr. Wilson. You need to kill the frost/dippy post. it's been very ugly for awhile. and it's gotten worse with threats etc.
Mike
I've never been able to shoot with one of his cues but I'd like to check it out. The cue I have for trade is a Keith Josey Bacote J-B with the sultan design. If your interested let me know and I can send you pics/specs. Thanks,
Money not the issue just the 2nd choice cue to a szam. I am thinking a showman or tasc cue! What is your pick?
No - it includes the light fixture and a set of balls. I will take some pics tonight and post them. I have had a lot of interest locally and expect this to move pretty quickly.
