Pool Wars by Jay Helfert

is there no shipment notification for out of US shipments?

No there isn't, because I must address them by hand. For whatever reason Paypal will not print postage (could be my Mac) for foreign orders.

I believe I mailed your book out in the last couple of days. At the post office they are telling me five to ten "business" days for delivery. I am using International Priority mailing.

If you (or anyone else with a foreign order) will let me know when you receive your book, I'd like to know. I have probably shipped about 20 books overseas so far.

If your order came in by March 16, your book(s) have gone out. I'll be taking a break for a few days to attend the WPBA stop in San Diego. When I return, I will mail out the most recent orders. And all the comp books ROY!

WUHU!!! :D

Can't you just bring the book I won with you to the WPBA and give it to Line Kjorsvik? She can bring it back to Norway :)

Yes, I could....and I might.....let me think about it.....

I just want to make you suffer a little more.

I got mine yesterday and only have about 10 pages left.

Good stories. Easy read. Nice pictures.

Interesting stuff.

Jay,

I got my copy of Pool Wars a couple of days ago. Although I did not yet sit down to fully read, I found myself standing in the kitchen where I opened the book, and had a hard time putting it down! Great stories, great pictures.

I play regularly with Gary Serville at Shooters-Olathe, and enjoyed the story about the both of you!

My highest recommendations for this book. A definite must-have for anyone who enjoys pool, past and present.

Thanks again,

Will Prout

Got mine today Jay. Thank you. I'll read it as soon as I'm finished with "Cigar City Mafia" It's the history of theTampa mob. I only knew a few people in it, I was surprised. But one I knew was Trafficante who ran the mob in Tampa for many years. He had had horses stabled at Tampa Bay Downs. That's where I met him. Johnnyt

PS: Very nice looking book by the way. Great cover and good paper.
