Vernon Elliot's cues stolen !

I just read on Southern billiards web site that somebody stole $300,000 worth of cues from Mr Elliots house the final week he was sick in the hospital...I really hope they catch the scumbag...Whoever this person that did this is the lowest of lows
 
Now that's a case to take the law into your own hands. BANG...no court cost, no room and board. And it will be someone that knew him well. Johnnyt
 
Sleazy as hell. Maybe someone can list the stuff that was taken so that dealers can keep an eye out to see if anyone tries to sell the cues. I know it's not likely to catch anyone that way but there's gotta be something to do here.

Luckily, being that they are just a few top cues instead of lower priced cues, it should be easier to grab the lowlife.

Only issue IMO is if they get out of the country.

Basically these cues will become worthless, once they get pictures and descriptions out.

The saddest part of all that it is probally somebody that was close to Mr Vernon & knew he was in the hospital on his death bed...All you cue traders plz be on the lookout....Just amazes me how low some people will go in this world.

Don't waste a round. Ammo is scarse these days. I understand that marine outlets have plenty of anchor chain. May the perp try to swim while wrapped in some.

Alas, pretty common...burglars reading obits.

Usually when this type of thing happens it is one of the heirs trying to get ahead of the rest of them. Maybe not this time, we will probably know soon.

I posted the post Erica had posted on other forum...I see what you saying but the way it reads is that it was taken the final week he was in hospital so it was before a obit.

Wish I knew more details..there is a contact name & number that I copied & pasted from Erica's post on other forum..on 1 of my earlier post...Just wanted to bring this to light as soon as possible in case the scumbag has already started shopping the cues to sell....I hope somebody does have some pics that they could post or at least a in depth description..would really help out.
 
Thats an inside job no doubt, someone knew what he had and that he was
incapacitated in the hospital. I don't know how anyone could live with themselves pulling off a scumbag act like that. I hope karma does a nice job on their asses for a real long time.

Will keep an eye for them in Denver some pics could help if any avalaible.Scumbags is an understatement for this loser.I hope karma curses them to never make a ball again!!!:(

Back to the front we need more info to be of help pics or detailed description will help. also verification would be nice. IF this is true I hope whoever is responsible get every ounce of what is coming to them.
