He was banging his cue (as was Shane), clapping out of frustration (yes, poor behavior, but not horrendous- just mostly typical frustration from Earl), and making sure Shane followed the agreed upon rules for the break (if there are rules- they should be followed).

All I meant was, we all know how Earl behaves before this match started and should not be shocked when he acts up to a degree.

Actually, thus far Earl's behavior has been quite tame compared with his past. He has almost been well behaved, in fact, compared with the 10 foot match.

Anyhow, keep up the good work of promoting pool- I mean that sincerely.

I hope I can get my stream working properly tomorrow to enjoy the final day of the match.

Personally, I think Earl has earned the right to act any way he wants to, that's just Earl being Earl. What's funny, is all of you who complain about Earl and his actions....are either right here WATCHING him play, or at least checking in on how this TAR match is going, that in itself makes many of you hypocrites, say one thing...but do another. If other players don't like the way Earl acts, all they have to do is NOT play him, but I don't see any other players coming up with the CASH to play Earl, not because of Earl...but because of the lack of CASH to go up AGAINST Earl, because they really don't want any part of his playing game. Woof talking has been going on since way back when and is NOTHING new to this game, or any other type of sport of competition for that matter, but if the peanut gallery watching and complaining about Earl want to see something more calm, maybe you should go to watch a church choir singing in harmony or something, maybe even to to the library and check out a book to read and go sit at a table by yourself and read something interesting...to you. No, all you guys do is complain, so that all of you complainers have something to complain about...with each other, like your complaints are really going to amount to something. If you don't like the MOVIE playing, get the hell up and leave, or shut up so that others might just enjoy the show.

... it's good to see you aren't an Earl hater. Ever wonder if the mods will ever just consolidate the Earl hating threads? Can't wait to see what happens tonight. Got my vBookie money on Earl. I like Shane too but I am sticking with my original bet from the first match when I picked Earl and won. This is gonna be some good entertainment.

Earl has NOT earned the right to act any way he wants to. In any other major sport, Earl would be fined and banned for his unsportsmanlike conduct. It's high time that the referees and tournament organizers in pool raise the bar and show zero tolerance for this kind of misconduct.

just my 2 cents but i dont think pool is like any other sport. also its not a major sport. but i think this topic has been covered befor. im rooting for earl, head case or not. GREAT PLAYER.
