I am from AXIUS and can tell everyone in the pool industry that She Sharks will highlight the history, competition and drama of both the hustle and professional side of the sport. This is not going to be a Jersey Shore type production. It will focus on the numerous aspects of the history and real world of pool. There will be drama, or the viewing audience would't care less to turn in, but the drama will be real. We already have several pool players assisting in the writing as well as several research assistants working on piecing the real history of the sport together. This show will feature some big personalities, both male and female, and will help bring pool into more mainstream thought. We know that there is a long history and pride in this sport, so now its time to share that with the rest of the country on a big way.
Thanks for coming forward! I have a suggestion and others may as well! Explore the female history of the sport dating back to Mary Queen of Scotts in1587!
She loved the sport so much her servants brought her lawn game inside for her and pool was born! Upon her death they wrapped her body in the pool table cloth per her request!
This history and origin of pool has so much to do with female history. Odd it is dominated by males!
