An Open Discussion about an improper Banning

Just for my knowledge. Which part of my post was against the rules?

A. Calling someone a liar?

B. Calling someone a big head?

C. Calling someone less intelligent than you?

D. Calling for a bet? There is an action room forum here.

E. All of the above.

I just reviewed your boy RKC posting history and don't see any gaps going back til Dec 5th. He posts every day, all through the day. I stopped looking older than that cause you said 'just'. Or was it some 12 or 24 hour ban that you slapped him with while he was sleeping ????

I forgot to list this lame excuse you have repeated on here several times. I don't care what you say to someone supposedly in a private message. I don't care about some ban from last week, last month or last year. Neither does any other poster. All we can see is what is happening now. You moderating with favoritism and flip flopping like a fish on the deck of a boat.

Who's the genius - you moderate a pool forum for free so you can attempt to be someone? How is that working out for you?

And anytime you would like to have an intelligence test with me, the window is open. You can put away your thesaurus web link cause big words don't impress me. But you can even have your boy RKC as a partner to give you the answers.

Took me about a minute to find a six month gap in RKC's posts, from 3-30 thru 10-24 of this year, page 15 of his posting history. Looks like you owe Wilson an apology Triple Smart Watchez.

I may be an azshole, I may get way out of line, and I may need a banning occasionally, but I have never been permanently banned under any user name, and if I was, I wouldn't come back because that is fvcking gay.

Petey, in 1980 when I was riding the Wall of Death, I was on a Hound going thru Alabama, on my way to Georgia.

We dropped and picked up at a Military base and on the highway, I noticed a sign that said, Talledega Raceway.

I was thinking, No way Jose. That's why I hated going Hound. Could never get off the beaten path and see the sites.

If I just ate, it wasn't 3 months ago.

If I just watched a movie, it wasn't 3 months ago.

If I JUST did anything, it wasn't three months ago.

He was trying to justify his leniency on RKC by saying he just came off a ban, which obviously is not true.

maybe you could explain that you love this forum/website so much, it pains you to see these issues escalate to this point.

you see, some of the people that hate our (U.S.) president the most, are the ones who love this country and want to see it succeed the most, but naturally the reaction to those that hate on the president is not well received because the average joe doesn't understand why someone might be so vocal, when riding the pine and accepting the status quo is soooo much easier.

im saying this because I'm one of those that cares, about this site and you as well, as a contributor.
id hate to see you walk away or get sent away simply because you cared too much, without anyone understanding this fact.

here's to better communication by and for everyone.

Mike,

I understand Wedge is banned for six months. Can you please reconsider and change it to a month. I don't know what he did but he is a very positive contributor to the forum and has done a lot of good stuff. Six months is way too stiff, he's not a troublemaker in any sense of the word.

Wedge had been warned less than 2 weeks beforehand about the exact thing he was banned for. I was on my way into the admin to ban him, when I saw that Wilson had beaten me to it.

Ask me again in a month or so and I might think differently, but the ban was definitely called for.

I have no dog in this fight. I think the mods are pretty good, but at the same time, there is no excuse for The Thaiger posting under other names and being allowed to continue it without so much as a "hey, who are you and what are you doing here" from the mods.

I'm not trying to "ban" him, because he was already banned which he brought on himself.... I just want the rules followed and applied to everyone. If Wedge is banned, and that's too bad, but at least he's not back here under a fictitious name.
