I have a real nice 6 prong ebony Andy Gilbert Hoppe style....all tall points with veneers, ivory joint, stitch rings, ivory and silver Hoppe ring, black linen wrap, 2 shafts for $1250. It's a standard 58 inch cue and 19.3(ish) ounces....like new condition. If interested, PM me and I can get you pics.

My suggestion would be something along the lines of that and keep the other half in the bank !!!!

I'm an old school kinda guy, so If I had that much to spend it would either
be a Mottey, or a Tascarella. But thats just me.

cues

I have 2 new espiritus coming tomorrow or wednesday.
one is 1600. the other is 1000.

either one would fit you requirements and save you money.

look for my thread in a day or 2.

Prewitt..........................

No question about it, 2500.00 will get you a NICE Prewitt and if you decide to sell it, it will retain almost its full value if not more.

I like the mid-high end Capones but you definately cant go wrong with the Tasc, Motteys, Prewitts, SW's, Bluegrass, the list goes on...or go with what Black Balled said :yeah:

I bought a Gilbert from Joe a few years ago. Got it out as I do occasionally when assessing my cues. It has the same feel as my Gina. Gilberts are great and this is good advice.

Kilel is another cue that plays great and uses nice wood. Jamie has a nice selection at New2youq's. Another good seller to work with.
