Billy Incardona and Jesse Bowman have hooked up in Vegas. The game is 6 ahead one hole playing even. I am told the bet consists of 5 figures.

We will have periodic updates on the main page at www.theactionreport.com

As of now Jesse is up 2.

I didn't realize Jesse played much one-pocket. I guess that's why Billy is playing him even. However with Jesse up two, maybe he knows more about 1P than others know about him!

Will check TAR.com for updates. Thanks for the heads-up~

Jesse took it off. Way to go straight shooter. So much for the Bar Table label.

God it is good to see him hooking up!! Maybe now with some pockets on his side he will break out!

Jesse plays better than most people think.

Tap, tap, tap. A lot of people have heard the name and only associate him with the barbox.... that might change.

I have not heard, are they running it back? I would be surprised if Billy came from Dallas for just one set? Although it was not cheap.

what....

For Billy being such the locksmith... this sounded like a bad game to me for him.
you thought billy playin jesse evan was bad for billy! you should of been there then you could of got rich! very few of us no about jesse's 1 pocket game! the whole world wanted billy! jesse outran the nuts as far as im concerned, now he will have them(chohan, cliff) looking for him! jesse proved to me and alot of other people that he isnt just a bar table mechanic anymore! congrats jesse! you have erned it! see you in olathe the 18th!:D

I did not notice his name as being a player there. Is it true? Did he comit?

Damn I hope so, maybe then he can get his matches back with SVB.

Bowman's 1P style

I'm wondering if anyone who was there to watch the contest could characterize Jesse's style of play? Did he seem to play strong one pocket moves, or was it more that he simply got 8 and out when left a shot? However he played, it was a convincing victory against a tough competitor.

as off 5pm today i talked to jesse, he and his horse were 99% sure they were gonna be in olathe! Dan the owner of shooters said they called and wanted to know where to send the money! so i would say yes jesse bowman will be there! he stated that he would like to play cory in olathe also! makes sense! i think jesse is becoming a major player in the action scene again! so we need to get cory there now! can you imagine,Cory,Jesse,Shane,Matlock,Weldon,Manalo,Orocollo all in the same building with big arm john, and all the other stakes! WOW:eek:

A little birdie told me they are in negotiations for another set tonight. Utah was right, Billy probably can't leave after only one set. ;)

Funny - Jesse now has a stakehorse with deep deep deep deep pockets and McNugget isn't typing in lower case or capital letters.

I couldn't be happier for Jesse. I have never heard of one ill word spoken when it comes to Jesse & his character with gambling. His attachment to his new stakehorse shows that you don't have to be a roach to win $$ in pool. It doesn't have to be like the Color of Money showed the world with dumping to come out ahead.

That question is so open ended, it is hard to answer. 99.5 % of all 'pool players' would need weight playing Jesse Bowman on a bar table. Ju Be falls into the 99.5 % category. Ju Be is still too young to play one pocket.

and we don't like to call Ju Be little, with call him kid or junior.

Jesse Bowman

Jesse is an accomplished one hole player. I have won some significant dough betting on the guy. His bar table game gives folks the impression he plays one pocket as a side line.

His cue ball control is way up the charts. Come to Shooters in suburban KC and you will get action......

Could be wrong but isn't that 2 losers in a row for Billy?

You noticed that too huh? Totalling about $17000. Gotta be rough on a lock artist.

Hey $Bill, call the papers, I won another one pocket event. Call Cliff, l Im ready for 16-4.

I saw Chohan and Bowman playing at the Cue Club like 4 years ago for 500 a game, but they were trading games, taking flyers and running out from everywhere, I'm talking crazy opening shots. There was a guy up on the rail looking to bet. It looked to me like they were just trying to chop up someone on the rail. I watched for over an hour and walked away convinced of two things, they weren't gambling, and Bowman can play one pocket... good.

The year before, I saw Chohan destroy Incardona at the Cue Club. Chohan was getting weight, but it wasn't close. I watched this match for about 3 hours, that's when I first saw Chohan play. He's a monster.
