Bad Deal with daniels

Probably because Daniels will do the same to him. Some people don't read into why a
negative itrader was left. They just see that it's not 100%. The whole situation sucks.
Daniels needs to pay up. He says that he doesn't want to pay for the same case twice.
Well, he got paid when he sold it, and his mom also received the credit back on her card.
That means they didn't pay for it once. Unreal how dumb this guy is. Holy crap. He needs
to just make it right, and pay the money back.
I just red bombed his a$$ and put him in the red! He is out no money since his mom was refunded and nsafellows is out some cash and a case, unreal! Here is a link to daniels last thread, click this link and ship the red. :angry:

Ban this freak and be done with it. I bet he doesn't pay. He has had plenty of opportunity. A $$ hole!
Basically, he used a stolen or misappropriated credit card to scam a product out of someone. Call the local police in his hometown and speak to someone in their electronic fraud department. You have the "fraudulent credit card" report from Paypal to back up your claim.
I had a similar issue once, a few years back. Fortunately for me, the individual lived in Maricopa County Arizona. I called the sheriff's office and filed a report, a deputy visited the buyer's home, and I received payment correction almost immediately. I did not even know, at the time, that was where that wild Sheriff was, but he helped me.

The problem is that when the deal was finished it was a good deal so there was a positive itrader.....cant go back and change it months later after he pulled this stunt.
You can leave as many iTraders as you want!
But you can just submit another iTrader, a negative one and explain that he is a thief and should be avoided.
He really needs to talk to his mommy and see if she can help him out again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again

I actually became angry reading your well documented chronology of this deal gone bad.
there is no doubt in my mind over what a p.o.s. daniels is. none.
I became especially pissed where in one of his responses he's telling you it's july 4th weekend and how he has three kids running around like as if after jerking you around for over 4 months you should feel some sympathy for his hectic weekend. giant brass balls.
And according to a few others, hehas a pattern of playing this credit card game.
I've red repped him, I'd suggest that you neg iTrader him regardless of your having already left one. that was when he looked like he paid for the case and all was well; prior to him showing his true colors.
Also, I think the advice given by bamacues is very worthwhile following - def contact this guys police dept. with what black-balled posted, they prob already know him and would enjoy helping you out. :wink:
I will never be in a deal with this character.

The admins need to delete his For Sale threads and restrict his ability to post in that section of the Forum altogether....at least until those he has scammed with his weak-ass stories have been made whole. He should not be allowed a vehicle by which to continue to rip people off.

You could have paid him when you sold the property. It appears that you used this scheme more than once...it is your "Modis Operandi", or method of operation.
You owe the man his money. Man up and pay up. The problem between you and your Mother has NOTHING to do with what you owe the OP. If anything, both your Mother and the OP have the right...no, make that the DUTY to file charges against you and get your butt into court....let's see what the judge says about the "misunderstanding".

But for everyone here, this points-out a flaw in the iTrader system. The rating is merely a guide and possibly only a guide that the other party hasn't been involved in any bad deals...YET.
I have only completed 3 transactions here on AZ, and I have always done-so with the knowledge that there is an element of buyer-beware. Unfortunately, I am going to be gun-shy about possible future dealings with members with a low number of iTrader transactions, irregardless of whether their rating is 100%.

DO NOT confuse AZB member "Daniel" (aka, Tim from Raleigh, NC) with this character who goes by "Daniels" (apparently from Northern California), with the "s" on the end.
Daniel (Tim) is one of the most stand-up guys on the forum, while "Daniels" appears to be a thief.
