Terry, i'll put him in so many traps he'll have to hire an indian scout to tell him where his pocket is

I was watching the golf today and this thread was brought to my attention about playing you. You and I both know I haven't been playing much, if at all, but you know what, I will come out of retirement to play that game, one-pocket even with you, Billy C.

I know you're the best mover in the country. LOL. I'll have to practice up for three or four days and get my ball speeds down a little bit. With all those traps you've got, Billy, they're not as devastating as you think they are. All I'll have to do is like I've done in the past, hit you with a couple twisters, leave you long a few times, make a couple two-railers with good ball speeds, and then you will be standing there like a statue holding your cue with that big old smiling grin of yours.

The one thing about it, when I win the game, it will take 5 minutes. When you win the game, it will take 2 hours. :D

I'm getting together with my people to see if I can round up the dough. I just don't have 10 grand laying around at the moment, but I'll do my best to accommodate your kind proposition.

And Toupee, you do have it right. I will shoot him down! He's not going to be able to fade me! He might be able to roll with me for a little bit, but as the game progresses and the shots start getting a little bit more accurate, I believe I will wear him down. Hopefully. :)

This sounds like the Keithly I know and love. :)

I just logged on and saw this and I can't wait. There is nothing like two champions getting geared up for a huge match. I love the woofing too. Makes it seem like old times and how the gambling matches use to go off.

This is great and this how a forum is suppose to be less all the haters this will be classic.

I saw Keith play Cliff at J.O.B.'s a few yrs back and it was the funniest thing I have ever seen. It will be one hell of a show.

But hopefully they will have mic's on because I believe Keith's banter can give his best game the 7/out any day.

Derek, thanks for the confidence builder, yes you are the only one that thinks I need the eight playing nine ball. Every one else thinks I need the six,and they could be right.

If Billy gets under the 8 at all, there many who would go empty at the game. He ain't forgot altogether how to play 9 ball.

Keith I love you,you know that but i'm just not going to leave you any of those twisters. And if you think it will take me 2 hrs. to win a game, you got it wrong, maybe 60 to 80 minutes.Hopefully

TAR & Keith, I would like to play before the Open or there abouts, need time to lose my gut and prepare myself (if I can) for this match. I really feel that i'm a slight dog in this match but if I can squeeze you long enough anything can happen,I certainly can't out shoot you.Any ways glad to see you coming out and I hope you stay around for a while.

I'm sure a race is more acceptable in terms of scheduling a reasonable time table. Also a race is more entertaining, wouldn't you agree keith?
I'm sure that we'll have no problem with the format, thinking like a race to 20. A race to 20 is certainly long enough to not only keep it exciting but also to work ouselves into stroke.

A race to 20 could take a long time...

Shit, make it a race to 40 for all I care. The longer, da betta! I'm excited! And I'm going to try my best to see this one in person.

I saw Billy give Louie 9-7 years ago and win, he definitely knows how to play against 'a shooter' when it comes to one pocket. The longer the race should also benefit the mover over the shooter. Don't think I have ever seen a race to 20 one pocket but it would definitely favor Billy. Besides Billy can shoot - rumor has it he played pretty fair 9 ball himself:p
