Thanks for the rep, Joey!

Thanks also to those who were so kind to give me rep.

That's one of my all time favorite pool songs...

EVERYONE is trying to be a lawyer these days!!!!!!!

SORRY IM ON A RANT TODAY, I"M JUST IN A BAD MOOD CAUSE I CANT GET OUT OF THE HOUSE,

PLEASE DONT BAN ME FOR THIS

I've got nothing against you but accusing everybody of trying to be a lawyer is some pretty rough words my man.

Why won't a shark bite a lawyer? Professional courtesy.

Despite the behind the scenes efforts of a few people on here who have communicated with the Hound, I have not received any payment as yet.

He told them he was going to get a "loan" and send me my money. It appears he is playing with them as well. The Hound talks a good game, but is a little weak on the follow thru. I would say he dogs it for the cash big time.

I, for one, am shocked. I really thought you would have had it by now.

What a deadbeat. Nothing aggravates me more than people who don't pay their debts, especially a relatively small one such as this. It's insulting to one's intelligence to hear his run around about how he can't or won't pay. Even if he did get laid off, if he was truly determined, he could scrounge up an extra 300 to settle this.

There's a worldwide phenomenon known as eBay, and Hound should start searching his place for things to sell. How about starting with those cue sticks?

And you know this deadbeat is probably buying fast food everyday, going to the bar for drinks, watching cable TV, surfing the net, and spending his money on other crap in lieu of paying his debts. That's the way these scumbags are. I knew a true master of the run around. Took him 2 years to pay a 200.00 debt to a friend of mine, and the only reason he finally paid is because he came into a large settlement after a car accident. Go figure.

Hound needs a slap.

And again, another video of what should happen to him:

needs multiple commas to compromise integrity...

I normally don't bother justifying "why"..as it doesn't usually concern many, at least not the people who are serious and not simply being busy bodies.

In this instance though, My rational was that it was not a misunderstanding. He bluffed his way in and if he'd have won, I am sure he'd have just asked to have his "winnings" forwarded minus the front money.

He did however make it clear in my mind with his statement that he'd now pay " on his time " after he'd said check was sent....that he never had any intention of paying ever.

That said, I don't want him here.

As for other criteria, yeah, I wish I could be even more subjective at times and simply take out people I simply don't like. They all pretty much know who they are and should be less worried about why another was removed and more concerned with keeping their own nose clean so I don't have a handy justification for my wishes.

The rules are simply a guideline.
Great post Mr.Wilson, have a great day sir..sincerly Cj..:)

What gets me is the Hound supposedly has a good job at least that's what he lists in his profile..even if he is down on his luck he could send some money weekly or monthly ..if that would have been explained to Jay in the beginning Hound could have avoided all of this......still wondering IF someone can post a pic of this deadbeat ?

But what astonishes me is that a thread can go 394 posts and get 20,000+ hits when the topic is one slob who welches on a small obligation. Rotten to welch on a dollar and lie about it but 394 posts?

Then again, I just made it 395 so oh well.

Just another way of viewing it.. Just an opinion..

I know I'm gonna get drilled for this but that's ok. It's just my opinion. Ok, If everyone who keeps posting here is truly "sad" that Jay didn't get paid then why don't you all pull a whole $3 a piece together and pay Jay so he will not be out the $300. I'll make the first $3 donation.. Is it right and stand up that the guy didn't pay off? No, It's not.. But he's not the first nor will he be the last person who doesn't pay off. This stuff happens all the time and has happened to me before too. What I did was took a step back, Looked at the situation, and asked myself who needed the money more. The guy who didn't pay off or me. I let it go and decided to just never deal in money again with that person. Maybe at the time the guy did have the money, Had intentions of payin you, Then ran into a set of problems that just left him high and dry and couldn't afford to pay up. Maybe he never intended to pay up, Only he knows the answer to this no matter what anyone thinks. Apparently from what I have heard the guy did lose his job and is very tight on money. So what would you do in this spot? Would you pay off and not have enough money to pay your rent, Eat, etc. or would you just have to take a hit on yourself in order to survive? For anyone who says they would pay off instead of having just enough money to scrape by, I'm going to have to call you a liar.. Just my opinion. Jay, Why don't you be the stand up guy here that you are. You certainly don't need the $300.. That little bit of money is not going to change your life one way or the other, but to a guy that's just scraping by that $300 might mean the world to him. Cut the kid a break, Let him slide, Tell him people don't usually give total strangers a helping hand. Tell him to pass along the favor one day when he sees someone in need if he can help. and tell him if he ever gets back on his feet to remember what you did for him.. Maybe this guy one day will remember you, Maybe he will pass on the favor to someone in need.. Maybe he will not.. but at least you will know that you were a decent enough guy to cut someone a break when they were down and out.. Am I saying your not a decent guy? No, I'm not saying that. Am I saying you will not be a decent guy if you continue to try and collect? No, I'm not saying that. To close it out.. Was it right of this guy to take ends and not pay up? No, It wasn't.. Would I be upset if this happened to me? Of course.. Should you let people take advantage of you just because you have money and they don't? No, You shouldn't.. But sometimes it's ok to take a step back, Look at the situation, Then look at yourself and where your at and cut someone who less fortunate a break. Will everyone catch my view of this? Probably not. Like I said, Try to imagine yourself in this spot.. Just lost your job and struggling to survive.. What would you do.

I'll make the first $3 donation so Jay can get paid.. Who will join me?

Small obligation? 300 bucks isnt really that small. If John had won the ring game action hound would have gotten paid even though he didnt post. I hope this thread goes to 10000 posts and a million hits. Threads like this need to stay up, not ones on how women can compete with men in pool.

I think all the lying and acting like the check was sent and trying to make Jay look bad for calling him out is the worst part of what Actionhound did.

Sorry but I dont feel for idiots that spend their LAST dollar on a pool game. If he was hurting for that $300 he should have NEVER told Jay he was paying, PERIOD. We shouldnt cut him any slack.

Fact is, if Schmidt won actionhound would have mysteriously gotten better and had showed up with his hand out not expecting to pay the entry fee even though he just won the money. The only thing that should be cut is his hands so he cant scam anyone else, whether they needed the money or not.
