Flawless and perfect.......yep....that about sums it up!!!

rayjay is, without a doubt, a real gem on the boards. Also a man of his word, he's willing to go to great lengths to make his buyers happy. He actually sent the cue out to me BEFORE the deal was struck, just so I could check it out and see if I liked it. Suffice to say, I did!! :) ;)

I can't thank you enough for the fantastic deal on my new BlueGrass cue, sir. It was a real pleasure to deal with a man of your caliber.

I purchase a fantastic cue, from Tony (ATM) here last week. I asked for pictures and got them. The cue is better than the pictures and plays like a dream. I just can't put this baby down! I am going to have to make it my league stick, starting this Thursday night!

Quality Cues - MIKE IS TOP-NOTCH.....

Just received my Jim White cue from Mike Gartland of Quality Cues....and the cue is perfect!!

Mike stayed in contact with me on a daily basis...just to make sure I was aware of the status of the delivery, and even gave me notice when it arrived at my local FedEx office. His communications were nothing short of perfect....as was his customer service from day 1.

Mike is now among the group of folks I consider to be the AZB elite......and I'd buy another cue from him in a heartbeat (....and I'll look for those pics of the OTHER cue this weekend, Mike!! :) :) )

THANK YOU, SIR.....I love the cue, and couldn't have asked for anything more!!
 
Highly Recommend Wayne!

Just received the BCM - Brian Mordt signature cue this afternoon. Packaged great and a very quick turnaround to ship after receiving my money order. Jazznpool transaction

Hi all,

A while back he was ordering some 314-2 shafts and said he would order one for me. He said they were coming in over the weekend and I promplty paid him the Friday before they came in. As soon as the shipment came in he notified me that my shaft was not shipped with the shipment and immediately refunded me my money. Even though the deal did not go through as planned it was a very pleasant experience and I would do business with him again. No Doubt!
