I like to have a couple drinks when I play. Sometimes I think it helps me not over think the shots, and just play loose. but...
Sometimes I think it clouds my judgement and I don't see the patterns as well, or the safeties available to me...I also think I tend to take on a don't care as much attitude.
Playing loose vs playing smart and sharp...truth is I've played extremely well both ways in tourneys, but with NO DRINKS whatsoever, if I get on a roll early, I find that I will loosen up, but if I have my hands full right off the get go, some alcohol seems to help...???
