Thanks to everyone who took the time to post, I am sincerely grateful for the kind thoughts. But I don't know about turning 50, it is a little overwhelming, I still feel young, however, time has gone into over drive and there never seems to be enough to accomplish what I wish to in any given day. It is funny that this did not start occurring until I turned 45, and every year since time has gone by faster, I guess my question for those older than me is, does it ever slow down?:grin:

I turned 50 six years ago and time continues to speed up - not slow down. Make the most of each day.

I'm turning 53 tomorrow. People tell me that I don't look a day over 40. If you want to slow things down, just spend some lazy time every once in a while...The day always drags when I do this....
...Just remember you're only as old as you feel!!!
 
Happy Birthday but you're still a kid. Enjoy the big FIVE-0. I'm turning 76 in February and time still seems to be flying.

Happy Birthday Craig...yes I relate on that time faster concept after 45. Wish we could rotate farther from the sun, the days would be longer :) and we would have more time to play pool, among other necessities.

No it never slows down.Some days seem like a week but a year seems like a day.
