I am deleting threads here

Jerry...give this man a job will you :)...he's been working for free for far too long now.

Well...might not be a bad idea to have more moderators...am sure some of the members here are willing to volunteer.

Duc.

Yup Duc
You are correct ......I would do it when I can .........and I have bin here some time now

I so wish I had the spare time like you to be everybody's keeper. I would spend that time differently but the fine would be nice none-the-less

If it frees up some of your time, you wouldn't have to "keep" me. Bavafungol has warned me he's got his eye on me, so I'm all handled.

Bump

I have spent the last year trying to get everyone to obey the anti-bumping rules on this forum. My efforts have been a total waste of time.

So the warnings are over. If you over-bump, your thread will disappear. Obey the rules and you have no problem. Violate them and you go away.

I am deleting threads at the moment and will continue to do so at random times. So take a chance or obey the rules. If the thread goes away in the middle of a deal that is just too bad.

If you over-bump you risk losing your thread.

Hi Jerry

Question / why don't you add to the section instead of regulating us to death with rules.?

Most of us are paid members and we have been complaining about wanting AZB to expand the wanted for sale section. You guys answer is more rules.

Its like you guys want this section to die off...................................

Baaaahaaaahaa........as long as Bavafungol is keeping you in line.

If he starts modding I'm going back to silver status. Lol.

Yeah, I agreed there are some great opportunities to update the wanted/FS area to bring in extra income for them....maybe the headache (legal) is not worth the trouble for them right now.

F/S section

Yeah, I agreed there are some great opportunities to update the wanted/FS area to bring in extra income for them....maybe the headache (legal) is not worth the trouble for them right now.

It is just a thought, I think AZB is the best billiard forum in the world.
Why not have some fun ?

IMO these rules are not needed, there are to many buyers and sellers for just one for sale section...................................................... New rules or even enforcing the 48hr no bump rule.is only destroying something that help make AZB # 1 to begin with.

My vote would be to divide the wanted for sale sections into two or three divisions.
And that would slow things down and we could go back to the 24 bump and could atleast chime in and say that is on nice looking cue.

Personally I liked the wanted for sale section the way it was years ago.

By any standard these are not the most egregious threads in this section

Yeah that's bad. So you are bumping it to remind Jerry of what he said ?

thanks

Kevin

Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black, huh? Maybe I misread, but I recall the instructions being to report violations. Instead, we have what is commonly know as the "lunch lady syndrome."

I so wish I had the spare time like you to be everybody's keeper. I would spend that time differently but the fine would be nice none-the-less

But he's not everybody's keeper. He can't even keep from breaking the rules himself.

Does being on page one really matter? If you offer something desirable and/or price it right, doesn't it get snapped up quickly? If you offer something with a little less appeal, will being on page one really help you sell it?
I just don't believe this is a place that impulse shoppers frequent.
And isn't the search function here to help people find your wares?

But he's not everybody's keeper. He can't even keep from breaking the rules himself.
All you do is talk. Care to show where and when I broke rules?
And please do not direct to this post here.
All my posts are bumped in 48 hours or even later.
SO, stop talking and post some links.

Bumps<humps<camel humps

I hope some one starts another web so you can post and sell just cues and cases and bump when you want, always politics, just my opinion but usualy right. know it all.

So a thread about deleting threads for over-bumping has the most posts, and has been viewed more than any current thread in the WFS section... oh the irony...

Is that the best response you can come up with? I pointed it out for you in one of your threads after you played lunch lady with someone else. You even responded to me.
Might as well change your user name to Lunch_Lady.
Quit harassing people and report threads as instructed!

What annoys me is that the self-appointed 'mods' contribute to the bumping issue every time they point out that someone else is breaking the rules. It is not necessary, as a simple click on the red exclamation point button allows anyone to report forum rules violations...and no one need ever know it is doing the reporting. It almost seems like these members are looking for the attention they garner from playing 'mod'.

Yes, there was a time when I used to point out rules violations...but it was not a constant, and only when it was a blatant violation. I didn't live to be a forum 'mod', as it appears some others here do.,,,it's a thankless job, at best. Now, if I see a blatant violation, I simply report it in the manner in which I just described...and yes, even those self-appointed forum 'mods' are gonna get reported for violating the same said rules as they are cracking on others for, because the rules should apply equally across the board.

Don't like it.....don't do it. Easy peasy.
