Ok, Here is the word as of right now. JA is not really interested in playing any other way than the push out 1st shot after every break. His explanation is that it takes more skill and knowledge to play this way. He is willing to play for $5-$10k of his own money, obviously Fatboy has the $100k out there but don't see that happening but we do have a maximum right now. So, If Mike wants to play that game he is on, I can put it together and get it on a PPV or with the right sponsorship help a free stream. Havn't even spoke about anything specific like call shot or what the race would be to. So lets see if Mike wants in or not, this is an advanced game and will give both players a chance at the table every game so that should make things interesting. Waiting now to hear from Mike....

Mikey, we can say that about any match you wanna name. I Robb Saez wants to match up with Putnam lets say, We can alwasy say well tell him to ask Shane, tell him to ask Efren. Thats not the match we are talking about here. We are talking about JA and MD. Just stick to this match for now and after if it happens maybe we can go from their on who next.

I agree with this! The matches will take forever! Someone new to the game won't know what's going on. Just boring! When I play at my house, my goal is to break and run. That is what people want to see! When I watch the pros, I watch to see how they get out and compare it on what I would have done and try to learn from it. I don't think the majority wants to start off with safety wars every rack.
Man you get frustrated easy. Just FYi its not hte way JA plays either but knows he has the skills to do it. Its not like he sits around practicing it. Well again, its a shame. Mark, it becomes a moving game like back pocket 9ball or last pocket 8ball etc. becomes a different strategy. Johnny is one of the best players in the country I'm very surprised he won't just play him regular 10ball but i also don't care either way. I'm not a "fan" of Mike. I have zero posters of him on my wall. All I've said in this thread is how he will or won't play. Nothing more or less and that's all that needed to be said. I'm not saying anything good about him or bad about Johnny.
